Posizione centralissima,camere grandi e pulite e soprattutto il panorama é da cartolina,tutto lo staff cordiale e disponibile punti di forza sicuramente il bar sul lago e soprattutto la cucina,tanto per la colazione ed in primis per la cena non mi sarei mai aspettato un menù cosi vario e soprattutto la qualità del cibo é nettamente di un livello molto alto!!! L' aperitivo con musica sul lago é un esperienza che vi consiglio vivamente se siete in coppia,per concludere 5 Stelle piu che meritate,a presto !

Prezzo elevato che non corrisponde minimante al servizio offerto, personale inesistente e che parla quasi solo inglese. Camere molto rumorose, si sentiva anche lo sbattere delle ali dei gabbiani, per non parlare dello stato trascurato in generale dell’hotel. Buffet della colazione a dir poco pessimo e disorganizzato. L’unica nota positiva è la vista lago dalla camera. Non ci torneremo più.

Das hotel hat die blütenzeit sicher hinter sich. schöne aussicht vom zimmer, gute zimmergrösse, die suaberkeit war ok. also ich fands nicht so schlimm fand wie andere bewertungen hier. das frühstücker eher dürftig, aber zweckerfüllend. mit dem personal hatte ich keinen kontakt, kann dieses auch nicht bewerten.

Sehr eigenartige Abtrennung zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit einem einfachen Vorgang. Kaputte Armaturen im Badezimmer und in der Dusche. Ziemlich düster und hellhörig. Leider macht es einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Für eine Nacht ok aber Ferien würde ich nicht machen. Frühstück ok aber nicht besonders lecker. Tolle Lage direkt am Schiffshafen.

Ich bewerte wirklich nur selten negativ aber das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je untergekommen bin. Der einzige positive Punkt war, dass das Personal bemüht war. Das Zimmer ist heruntergekommen und nicht sauber, die Betten durchgelegen und das Frühstück für 20 Franken pro Person grauenhaft. Teewasser war braun und die Auswahl minderwertig. Definitiv nicht wieder. Als wir abends von einem Ausflug wieder zurückgekommen sind, stand die Balkontür weit auf und im Zimmer war es bitterkalt bei 7 grad Temperatur.

Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich beginnen soll... 1.Check-in auf Englisch? Keiner spricht Deutsch, lange Wartezeit 2. Gym???? Sämtliche Geräte kaputt, dreckig und klebrig 😞 3. Wellness? Unglaubliche Zustände, dreckig, schmuddelig... 4. Zimmer des Grauen...Teppich dreckig, überall Staub, durchgelegene Matratzen, Steckdosen die nicht funktionieren, Badezimmer: keine Seife, Kosmetiktücher, Toilettenpapier, keine "Badschlappen"... Balkon dreckig, Der Ausblick top... 5. Morgenessen um 09.15 ist bereits alles vergriffen und es wird auch nicht nachgefüllt.. NIE WIEDER wie kann und darf man ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen so führen in der Schweiz

Wir haben für Freunde aus Deutschland ein Ehepaar im POHO einquartiert. Ich besichtigte das Zimmer im Voraus um sicher zu gehen, dass es sauber ist. (Der Ruf des Post Hotels ist in Weggis selber nicht gerade der Beste ) Leider hat aber weder die Klimaanlage ( im Sommer ) noch die Mini - Bar für kühle Getränke funktioniert. An der Rezeption war nur englischsprechendes Personal das am Abend die Reklamation entgegengenommen hat. Passiert ist nichts. Wir haben uns im Nachhinein sehr geärgert !

Bei der Uebernahme des Zimmers war die Beleuchtung im Badzimmer mangelhaft, 2 Birnen fehlten. Mussten dann das Zimmer wechseln, da keine Birnen zur Verfügung waren. In der Dusche war der Schlauch undicht, es spritzte seitlich heraus. Wurde dann repariert. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Balkon nach dem Sturm sehr schmutzig. Wurde dann nach der Reklamation gemacht, aber es brauchte einiges an der Reseption. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die jungen Frauen an der Reseption nicht hilfreich sind. Unschöner Pflanzentrog auf dem Balkon, nur vertrocknete Erde, keine Pflanzen. Nicht gerade Reklame für Weggis.
