Seems like a very new 5-star in Washington, DC. Hotel is super comfortable, excellent gym, nice restaurant and rooftop bar. Very conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood the city. Easy walk to White House or Mall.

Great location , environment and service . Only con is poor insulation.

Comfortable stay at Conrad! Rooms were decent sized with huge mirrors. Location was good too, not too far from food options.

Great location and great service

We traveled from Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, and as soon as we entered the city, we felt that the whole city was very clean, the sky seemed bluer, and the Conrad Hotel did not disappoint as the guest reviews said. The truth is in the details. When we went out to play on the second day, the housekeeper placed our daily necessities in a staggered manner on a new soft mat.

This time I went to four cities in the United States, and Conrad Washington was the only hotel that provided kettles and slippers. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-arranged. There were tatte, Japanese food, Starbucks, etc. within a few steps of the hotel, which was very convenient.

This is the first time I stayed in such a bad 5-star hotel. Conrad is a high-end brand under Hilton. The room is very small and the environment is very average! I stayed for 3 days, but there were no disposable slippers or toiletries. They also forgot to clean the room. I called the front desk and the attitude was not friendly. When I wanted disposable slippers, they said they were out of stock. They didn't have any for three days! There were no toiletries such as toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc. on the washbasin. The service is too bad. Nothing is provided! I will quit! !

The room is very satisfactory, with large space, comfortable bedding, and good bath products. It is more than one kilometer away from the White House. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel parking fee is just over 70 yuan per day including tax. Parking in the next door parking lot is 35 yuan/24 hours. I stayed for a total of four nights, and the waiter forgot to replenish water and care products for two days. The rooftop is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but it is worth a look. There is no swimming pool.
