Amazing location Great staff Comfy beds Lots of variety for buffet breakfast 20th floor pool, brilliant

This hotel has very good service, clean, excellent communication, very good location, very well located, clean from the water pool.

We had a great stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was excellent — a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Our room (1408) was cozy and clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job throughout our stay. The view from the room was partially of the city and partially of the wall of the neighboring hotel, but it was still pleasant. One of the highlights was the window in the bathroom with a city view — especially beautiful at night! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A couple of small notes: the bidet shower was leaking even though we didn’t use it, and we would recommend replacing the pillows with softer ones for added comfort. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is facing the My Khe beach. Generally clean and hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. At night it is very loud because of the music being played at the beach. When there is a party at the function hall in 4/F it is also so loud and you can really hear it at your room regardless which floor you are located. However these are considerable of course because of the location. We are always out everyday and usually go back late at night and very tired so all the sounds are not a bother at all. We still had a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast is also fine. Not too many option but changes daily. Easy to book a grab to and from any tourist location. The bunk bed is a hit for the kids. The toilet is very big with a lovely bathtub.

Thank you for allowing us to be guests for your esteemed hotel. All the staff is friendly and approachable, and very prompt in service as well, especially Junie The room is tidy, clean and neat. Requests made are always fulfilled. The breakfast buffet spread is excellent. The location is very strategic, near to the East Sea Park. We will be here again soon.

The hotel is really close to the beach and near a bunch of restaurants with makes staying there very convenient. The service at the rooftop bar was fantastic the only issue I had was with the drinks prepared in the restaurant that did not taste good and the lady working at the restaurant would told me on two occasions that the pizza was not available and a few minutes later I would see other customers receiving pizza. I didn’t understand why I was not allowed to have it when other people were

We had a wonderful family trip to Da Nang and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belle Maison. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. The staff working at the breakfast area were particularly attentive and welcoming, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of each morning. Our room was consistently clean, neat, and well-maintained, thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. We also appreciated the doormen, who were always warm, welcoming, and courteous. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Belle Maison and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang!

Breakfast spread was good and room was spacious and clean. But the ventilation at bunk bed area for the family room can be improved. It was stuffy even though the fan was on. Location was good as near the beach and there were alot of restaurants opposite the hotel.

super convenient and the rooms are really clean (except sandy but thats inevitable) with great views. they also have great facilities with a decent breakfast, beautiful pool and rooftop bar. would recommend!! the beach is also just conveniently rigjt in front of the hotel making it really easy to just spend a morning there. the in-house spa and massage was also a really addition with amazing service!

Me and my friend decided to come back this hotel. I love their gym, breakfast, room condition, etc They are so kind. I miss them.

Great hotel on the coast of Da Nang city. The staff is very caring The room has a nice closet, good bathroom fixtures, a couch, and a table. The bed was very comfortable. Noise isolation is not very good, had to use earplugs to sleep properly. From the top floor there is a great view of the sea

I must appreciate their prompt reply. We had an unforgettable memory. Maybe they can prepare one more row of toilet paper for us. And the toothbrushes should be placed on same position or arrange a new one.

Great stay, clean beautiful hotel, beach too windy in winter.. over all, great stay, a bit pricy.
