Great location, easy to go to the city centre foot or with their free shuttle.. Staff are super sweet, super friendly and always ready to assist! Breakfast is also delicious, especially their noodles, highly recommended when visiting Luang Prabang!

I love everything about this hotel. I actually booked it at the very last minute as I had to cancelled the other hotel due to incorrect date. Room was so spacious, very clean, and the breakfast spread was not bad too. If you are vegetarian, you may ask them to make new ones if they have it. Pool was really great, staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Do not worry if the location is just a bit out of the centre, they have free shuttle services & pick up too. The spa massage was amazing too. And i love that they also provide free shuttle to train station or airport if you stay 2 nights. Do not hesitate to book this hotel!

Not much to say, which is rather positive. As advertised. The location was convenient without being crowded. The hotel itself was charming and relaxing. The restaurant offered a good mix of options with a wide range of affordable local dishes and some western alternatives. Both were good choices. The cleaning staff were efficient. And the service was great. There was always someone available to help, happily. The spa was surprisingly cheap for an in-house spa, but still maintained standards across the board. The shuttle, which never required any waiting time, was useful. I guess there was a bit to say, all positive. Would comfortably recommend.

I was impressed by all the staff within the hotel, the pool was true to the photograph upon the website large and clean.

Exceptional service, amenities, location. However, the shared van tour to Kuang Si was disappointing, the tour should have picked guests at this hotel once, not twice, making us traveling nowhere in town for more than 40 minutes.

This is a really lovely place, certainly a gem. Rooms are extremely clean, service is excellent and the vintage cars service is awesome! Breakfast is very good too.

A fantastically beautiful hotel! We stayed at the pool access room that has direct access to the main pool courtyard. Awesome place with good food and amazing service! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel was the highlight of the trip. A gem in the rough. It just what I needed to be comfortable. The pool was absolutely amazing, the food was fantastic, the staff was helpful in every way and The bakery/coffee shop was delicious. I would not of been happy anywhere else. I wish to have been able to stay longer. 😊

This hotel is fabulous. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The facilities are great and it’s generally quite around the site. The rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. The shuttle to downtown is very handy. Just one thing, I was woke by a gong at around 3:30am every morning.
