Heater didn’t work and we were freezing most of the night. Room cleaning wasn’t great. Convenient location and priced as you would expect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Warwick. Our lovely host phoned me to welcome us and let us know how to get into our room if she was absent. She also heated up our room for us prior to arrival.
Simple gestures like that mean a lot and show how to give excellent customer service.
The room was warm, clean, comfortable and stocked with teas and biscuits. After a long day I was set ! Very happy to recommend and stay here again.

The room didn't look anything like the pictures. Very difficult layout. No room beside the bed and no other options for placement of the bed. The bathroom was renovated but again not well thought out in my opinion

Staff member was friendly, hotel was nothing fancy of course but it was clean and had everything I needed, parking was quite good too, decent spaces close to your room

Clean room, new bathroom, and with friendly down to earth country service. Yes there’s a bit of road noise at night but the free hot chocolate more than compensated for it. Economical solution for a last minute long weekend getaway to the granite belt.
