We stayed one night to meet friends. Other than no parking on site ( but there is a pay car park £12 per day) nearby it was a very good choice. Large room, renovated bathroom, and a super fill English breakfast. Thanks

We stayed for one night due to attending a gin tasting experience at a distillery in Leamington. We thought the hotel was great and really good value for money. Our room (number 16) was spacious, nicely decorated and the bathroom recently refurbished. The bed was super comfy and we had an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast was included and was ordered off a menu. We had an English breakfast and an avocado and eggs on toast. Both were delicious. We aren’t big fans of hotel coffee so we asked if we could have cappuccinos from the bar and this was no problem at all. Every interaction with a member of staff was warm and friendly. We also had a few drinks in their outdoor terrace/beer garden which we really liked. Would definitely book this place again if we return to Warwick.

Overall lovely hotel.
Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing & there was plenty to choose from. Pizzas were out of this world. The only down side was a nasty smell from the rooms bathroom. The smell was so overwhelming at times we needed to run the shower & taps as it seemed to be coming from the drainage system.

The place needs some TLC as it is looking tired.
Dodgy plug sockets in the room that need to be addressed and black mould in the bathroom.
Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall an okay stay.

Cozy and friendly hotel in beautiful town
A nice and cozy hotel in Warwick. Very friendly and welcoming service. Great breakfasts however consider waiting time as they prepare it per your order.
The rooms were clean and air conditioned but quite small.
The WiFi was flawless. They also have restaurant on side, we tried pizza and duck leg and both were really good and at reasonable price.

Went for Sunday lunch today , 18th May 2025, - what a big mistake that was!! If you like paying £23 per head for a couple of pieces of beef that you couldn’t actually get your knife through, all served cold with cold veg then fill your boots - this is the place for you!! Complaint given at the bar but not that interested. No offer of any discount or refund. Great customer service - NOT. Also, on the way out we heard a guy also complaining about the same meal so had a quick chat with him - turned out he actually worked there and told us that his meal was unacceptable. What a disgrace. Seriously- don’t go.

Hmm - as someone else said I’m reluctantly giving it one star because I have to, so I can post a review. We travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels so this was quite a surprise. We ordered a feta whip and it was like a bowl of milk being so watered down. Then my wife’s chicken for main was so dry I could hardly get a fork in it! Then our room had the wrong bed set up and the bed side lamp didn’t work. And not a single sorry 😞 There were other things but bottom line is it was a huge disappointment.
