I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula with my family over the weekend and booked the Shenzhou Peninsula Private Sea Villa Hotel. The environment and service were great! The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room when he saw the children and the elderly! really thankful! 👍, you can see the sea from the window 🌊 and the internet celebrity check-in spot ~ The ”Lighthouse” where she disappeared. It's a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a seaside 🏝️ villa 🏡, and the environment and service are also very good! A very cost-effective hotel! My family is very happy😃. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go there🏨

The hotel lobby is very upscale. The room was very clean. We upgraded to a pool room, which is close to the water but not humid, and has a dehumidifier. The Cantonese cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is great, the most delicious I've had in Hainan in the past few days. The housekeeper Xiaona contacted me in time and actively coordinated to solve various problems, so that I had no regrets at the Westin Shimei Bay. When we checked in at the front desk, a lady from Northeast China received us and was very considerate and efficient. The entire hotel, any staff, is very service-minded, making the vacation very comfortable. I will come again next year.

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

This apartment is on the man made island - it is a little hard to find the reception especially if you don’t speak Chinese. The apartment itself is perfect with everything you need. It has a lovely big balcony and the aircon works very well. It is still slightly under construction- so not all the elevators work at the moment (quite a long wait most times) The island itself is not really where all the action happens - so best to rent a scooter as there is always heavy traffic to get on and off the island.

The dorm room needs a rail for hanging clothes or the hostel could provide a place to dry clothes in general, especially since so many people come from the beach. During rainy days we had to hang our clothes off the curtain rail. Everything else was good for the price I paid. I really enjoyed chilling in the bar and the location is up-and-coming, nice with some new bars and cafes opening soon. Coffee was a bit up and down, depending who made it ;)

It's not bad, the room is very clean, and it's close to the high-speed rail station. It takes 3 minutes to go out by car, and it may take 10 minutes to walk. The service attitude is very good. In the evening, the singing next door disturbs the people. After calling the front desk, a waiter immediately stopped it. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation effect is too poor. Very satisfied with a stay experience

Location: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent. Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead. Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated. Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided.

I've stayed in this hotel several times. It's very quiet and clean. I'm used to it and don't want to go to other hotels. It's very close to the park and the sports square. It's very convenient to travel. Both squares are very lively and very suitable for traveling. Go with the kids.

I think the hostel is very comfortable. The people here are friendly. You can rent an ebike in the village and drive everywhere easily, the family who rent it are very nice. You can rent a surfboard and go surfing. It is very close to Riyue Bay ~ just 10minutes walking or drive an ebike and it is close to the village. The view from the bedroom is very nice 😊.

The room condition is still very good, and it is relatively intelligent and can be controlled by voice. It is quite advanced, and it is clean and tidy. The price/performance ratio is relatively high, and it is well received.
