Wanning Hotels with Bars

This place is really great. First of all, the rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious, with an outdoor swimming pool (directly connected to the pool from the first floor). We came during the off-season, so we had a private pool for two. The service is also excellent. Compared to five-star hotels, where staff are generally just politely smiling, here the staff all have genuinely friendly smiles. In Riyue Bay, staff will take you wherever you want to go in a small car, stopping wherever you want (during the off-season). The breakfast here is very refined, unlike the buffet style of large hotels. There's complimentary afternoon tea (the passion fruit tea is amazing!), and a cup of evening tea. Honestly, the overall experience was better than at a typical guesthouse, but the friendliness of everyone was a big plus. (Special praise to Xiaomei and Agui! Xiaomei is a very gentle young lady, and Agui is a very knowledgeable young man about the local area; you can ask him in advance where you want to go.)

De Vivre is to live, and you will never feel more alive here. Away from the hectic city life and mundane repetitive everyday work rush, you can wind down and relax here. The setting of the place is like a garden, it has a touch of rustic yet modern. If you are looking for a place to take photos then this is the place for you. Every inch of De Vivre will produce the best photo you can ever ask for. They even provide a free photography service for you if you need( first 3 photos is by the photographer). The most outstanding part about this place, more so than the scenary is the service provided by the staff there. They have a 24hours butler service that will try help you resolve any problems that you have to the best of their abilities. They are swift in responding and always always very friendly to make you feel at home. The owner who is there most of the time will chat with you and offer you fruits from the local villagers and really make you feel at ease and at home. Not to mention the 2 dogs there that are extremely friendly that will only try to ask you for belly rubs. They also offer a lot of activies in the hotel such as henna painting, hair braiding and other diy art events, with afternoon tea and even movie under the stars. If you are looking to go to the nearby beach, they have a chauffer to bring you there and back, you just have to communicate the timings with them. The whole stay is extremely pleasant. If you are worried about the cleanliness of the place, it is extremely clean. Thy would on the air conditional before you arrive so that your room would already be cool. The room always smells very pleasant. Last but not least, I just wanna say this is not a sponsored post hahaha. These are all heartfelt feelings and I would definitely find time to go back there. They definitely made me feel like home even away from home. This is the perfect getaway for anyone.

The handsome guys running this B&B do an excellent job; every detail is well-thought-out. They even have a dedicated concierge group chat that answers all your questions and provides various guides and tips. The most thoughtful touch is the B&B's scheduled shuttle service to Riyue Bay. Dining and convenience stores are plentiful around the B&B. You don't have to worry about breakfast either, with a Northeast-style breakfast place right across the street and local specialty breakfast spots just a short walk away. It's also very close to Boundary Island, which is super convenient.

The best homestay we had in China. A really beautiful place. But the real beauty lies in the people who work there. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. We also met the owner who is also really friendly and helpful. He took us to a market and to a beach where fishermen pull their nets in the evening. He also invited us to dinner in the evening and we had a great evening with him. The house manager is also a great guy. He took us to the Swallow Cave and helped us get a transport to Sanya when our train was cancelled during a typhoon. We also participated in a number of activities in the afternoon with the wonderful guest service manager. This hotel in Riyue Bay is a reliable, standard online booking, conveniently located within the scenic area. The hotel efficiently arranged transportation for various guests, and the room facilities and services were familiar and dependable, while also incorporating local characteristics. The only thing to note is that if you prefer quiet evenings, you should book an interior room, as the side closer to the street and ocean can be quite lively.

Facilities: Basic B&Bs are recommended to install screen windows and doors, otherwise it is impossible to open the doors and windows for ventilation at night. The room is not big to begin with, and it is uncomfortable to be stuffy inside. Hygiene: The boss lady washes and dries the linens herself, which is quite good. Environment: Very close to the coast, the homestay with its own yard is very comfortable during the day. It is recommended to install a bathroom curtain in the room Service: You can't have too many requirements for homestay services, and they have basic accommodation needs. The two bosses are very busy, the boss is very enthusiastic, and they provide tools for catching seafood

Traveling with my child, Owen specially arranged a quiet room with a great view for us and thoughtfully prepared [welcome fruit/children's amenities]. Any issues we had during our stay were met with instant replies on WeChat. His recommendations for nearby restaurants and the best times for beachcombing were spot-on, helping us avoid any bad experiences. He's professional, meticulous, and friendly, and because of Owen, this hotel has become a 'must-revisit-twice-in-Hainan' for me! The hardware is excellent, but it's the warm service that truly makes it top-notch. Highly recommend finding Owen!

Facilities: Extremely well-equipped. The washing machine and refrigerator are absolutely essential in a tropical coastal city. It was so convenient to just toss our swimsuits into the washing machine after a dip in the sea every day. The guesthouse even provided small packets of laundry detergent, which was more than enough. It was also great to have a fridge for storing fruits and desserts we bought. The TV is large and supports screen mirroring, which is fantastic. The air conditioning is powerful too. We could use the pools and water park at the Legend Seaview Hotel, which is a great perk. Unfortunately, the water park wasn't open in June, but the pool was still very good. Environment: Absolutely beautiful. The balcony view is exceptional, with double-sided sea views. I wanted to take photos every day, and it really lifted my spirits. For this price, this guesthouse offers incredible value. Service: The housekeeper service is excellent. They respond instantly during working hours and are always ready to help. If something was missing or broken, repairs were done very promptly. An auntie came to clean every day, and the service quality was comparable to a hotel. Hygiene: For a guesthouse, the hygiene was already very good. However, I have a few suggestions: First, because the air by the sea is humid, the carpets in the bedroom tend to develop a musty smell if the windows aren't open for a while, and they're difficult to maintain. Dry flooring would be cleaner. It would be great if the carpet could be removed. Second, upon check-in, we found a bit of old food residue in the refrigerator 😂. It would be good to improve the cleanliness of food storage areas like the fridge. Third, perhaps because the entire building consists of apartments with kitchens, we found large cockroaches every day during our stay (for someone from the north, they truly seemed big). However, after asking the cleaning auntie to increase the dosage of cockroach killer, the ones we found afterward were basically dead. Aside from these three points, I was quite satisfied with the guesthouse's hygiene. Location: It's on Rongchuang Peninsula, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. There are also many shuttle buses to the beach, which is very convenient. However, food and drinks on the island are a bit pricier. We rented an electric scooter and sometimes went to the village for meals and to buy fruit.

Perfect location right next to all the action. Restaurants, beaches, coffee, people, everything you want; it's all right here. Tucked away neatly right in the center of where it's all at, these rooms are uniquely designed and have all the comfort. Feel like surfing? No worries cause this place has you covered there too. With deep discounts, you'll be hooked up with whatever equipment you need. Book it baby!

The vibe at Surfers Garden is chill and cool but a little bit too much. My room had no towels, no toilet paper. Cabinet to store my things in the shared room couldn’t lock. The room itself can’t lock from the outside as well and too often when I was looking for someone at the reception there were no one … When you finally catch someone to give you a towel, be aware that it’s a disposable towel. So better bring your own. In the morning, don’t hope to get a coffee at their bar before 9am or 10am. The whole place looks a bit messy and the reception space looks unfinished. Staff is friendly tho. The guesthouse is surrounded by many little shops and local restaurants. You can reach the Ri Yue Wan beach where you will find bar/coffee, clubs, shops, surfing clubs etc. in 15 min walking or 5min by e-bike. Ri Yue Wan beach area is definitely the place to be to enjoy a good “beach/surfer” vibe sipping a cocktail in front of the beach. At night, this place turn into a music festival area where everyone display live show music and DJ and expect fireworks on the beach almost every 15min. If you are looking for surfing club in this area, I would recommend to check Shaka surf club. Good service, good price, and so far the most professional to me at Ri Yue Wan.
