Wanning apartment is not a friendly apartment. Office n apartment separate. Need buggies to transport passages n luggages. Inform them to pick no body turn up. We hv to walk to the van.

Nice apartment

This apartment is on the man made island - it is a little hard to find the reception especially if you don’t speak Chinese. The apartment itself is perfect with everything you need. It has a lovely big balcony and the aircon works very well. It is still slightly under construction- so not all the elevators work at the moment (quite a long wait most times) The island itself is not really where all the action happens - so best to rent a scooter as there is always heavy traffic to get on and off the island.

It’s few kms away from the restaurants/bars, strongly advise to rent a scooter, people from the desk can also help you with that They were very supportive for everything I asked them for

We loved the space that this apartment offered along with fantastic views. We had rented a car and really needed it (or a scooter) for this location but with that transporting it was really great. The botanical gardens nearby were great as were other beaches we checked out. We went to Sanya for the day and realized that we made the right choice to stay where we did. Our kids did surf camp each day which worked out great for everyone.

Apartment was spacious and convenient for 2 people working remotely. The only backward was the loud wind blowing through the window's and balcony! A few restaurants and shops also available downstairs. Overall a good experience!

I rarely give bad reviews. This time, when we just checked in and everyone was resting in the living room, my child went to the sofa in slippers and got his foot scratched by glass. I told the housekeeper right away. It took about 20 minutes for the housekeeper to deal with the person. He didn't admit that it was their problem. Instead, he asked me, "Are you sure it was in the room?" I replied, "I booked the room because of the swimming pool. I won't cheat people. I didn't mean to scratch my child so he couldn't play in the water?" The most annoying thing was that the cleaning staff came and threw the broken glass I found into the trash can. Then they kept blaming my child for not wearing shoes. They blamed the child for their own mistakes at work. If they had the ability, they should bring the vacuum cleaner and let me see if they could vacuum it up. They said sorry every time and kept blaming the child for not wearing shoes. Later, when we went out to buy Band-Aid, my mother called me and said someone had delivered the medicine. It had been half an hour!

The water supply was cut off twice. When my family checked in tired, they found that there was no water. There was no shower gel in one bathroom. The water supply was not restored until 11 pm. I had to take wedding photos early the next morning, and I was very anxious, fearing that there would be no water the next day. In addition, I clearly booked the same room as last time, but I was assigned to the 6th floor, which was in a bad location, not clean, and not equipped with kitchen utensils. It was clearly a high floor last time. The service guy responded promptly.

The room is very good, spacious, clean and hygienic, and there is a housekeeper every day. The best thing is that the balcony faces the sea view, and you can see the sunrise over the sea in the morning. If there are any shortcomings, first, the surrounding traffic is too congested and the local government is not well managed; second, the design of the community is flawed, there are only two elevators in one building, and they are not linked to each other, so you often have to wait for a long time. In general, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. There is no perfect thing in the world, and I will come again in the future.

The butler service is very good, the pick-up and drop-off are very timely, and the check-in and check-out are smooth. And the sea view is amazing. Who knows the feeling of opening your eyes to the sea in the morning! I will choose Shangmu next time I come

The room has a great sea view, the service is friendly and thoughtful, and the bed is very comfortable. The master bedroom was a bit cold at night.
