酒店裝修算四星，整潔乾淨，親子温泉酒店，有些小動物，離興隆鎮有些距離，周邊沒有啥吃飯的地方，整體的服務還可以。
酒店早飯一般，吃的種類是很多，希望能改進一些。

房間寬敞、潔凈、大氣，陽台下景觀美倫美奐．．．
重點是軟件：服務！入住前一日：便有專員（楊青）提前打來電話，徵詢到達時間、入住結構、特別要求等．．．無微不至給提前準備妥了所有並升級了房間。第二天到達：前台工作人員以最嫻熟的職業狀態迅速辦理了入住，並周到地提醒、指點酒店設施及用餐等等．．．4晚期間，二位體弱長者屢屢受到酒店工作人員的特別關照和愛護．．．特別感動．．．一次愉快且難忘的體驗．．．下次還來！再次感謝楊青先生、駕駛員鄞先生以及前台幾位忘了拍工號的優秀員工．．．感恩🙏
