酒店很大，在前台辦入住時主動給升級了房型，本來很開心，但是……當我走到房間就開心不起來了，最末端一間，懂的都懂哈，就想問酒店，是習慣成自然嗎？一定要把最難賣的房型給出去，可是現在明明是淡季，應該很多空房啊

第二次住興隆希爾頓了，這一次恰逢辦活動，沒有訂到雙床房，不過很幸運，房間騰出來第一時間就訂上了大床，抱着第二天被“趕”出來的擺爛心態，居然又續上了一晚，太棒了。
位置很好，環境佳，住得舒服，床墊軟硬程度剛剛好。來萬寧玩兒，我感覺這裡是最合適的，離石梅灣和神州半島都不到20公里，驅車20分鐘左右就能看到最美海灣，驅車十幾分鍾就能到興隆小鎮吃好吃的。酒店不臨海，所以不潮濕，床品乾燥軟和，兩次來季節不同，但房間的舒適狀態始終如一。
特別好評Slmon和Michael，兩位讓我看到酒店的服務標準，專業、體貼、靈活，面對顧客的需求，會迅速做出響應。
牙刷不行，呲毛兒，下次若來，希望不再喝到冰露。

設施：空調有問題，室温下不去，水龍頭關不緊，一直嘀嗒。
環境：完美
服務：特別拉垮，不出現問題還好，衹要出現問題愛推卸責任，愛踢皮球。住客掏這麼貴的錢是來享受星級酒店的服務的，不是出現問題了還成住客的錯了，有點好笑。

房間：客房比文昌那家神奇希爾頓好很多。至少沒有黴味，衞生間也有抽濕機。裝修風格比較簡潔現代。就是燈光系統很奇葩，控制起來要猜猜看。顯示時間的小電子鐘太亮了，半夜裡發著明亮的光。窗簾沒法完全拉黑，一早六點就被亮醒了。
服務：前台個別接待員的態度趾高氣昂，臉上沒有笑容！！回答問題一臉不耐煩。 shuttle bus也非常不人性化，班次少，還要提前24小時預約。所謂的管家也是反應遲鈍，讓我加微信，回覆超級慢（隔天回覆那種）。前廳部的員工冷漠得讓人覺得她們是真心不喜歡這份工作啊。
餐飲：早餐很一般。比海口希爾頓差。酸奶都沒有單獨包裝的。茶葉蛋鹹出天際，估計是好幾天泡着的。自助餐廳前台接待，乾咳也不適當遮擋。
下午茶服務員培訓過嗎？兩個人的下午茶，骨碟給一個，沒有刀叉，喊了才給兩把叉子。讓他拿餐刀過來，完全忽視。
外賣服務（中餐廳提供）：大大點贊，性價比極高！幹炒牛河，南洋咖喱牛肉都很有水準。服務員也很友善。
攜程套餐：性價比很低。不包早餐，包了個雞肋的下午茶，除了兩根沙爹雞肉，其他都是齁甜齁甜的。送的南葯園門票也就淡季十幾塊的，也是個雞肋。隔壁的熱帶植物園才真正是值得去看的。
總結：前台服務差。中餐廳可以的。
泳池：去了室外的，挺讚的。景色優美，救生員很敬業。
