"We attended Easter brunch. The menu leaned more towards dinner items, but everything cooked to order, prepared well, and a cut above a nice meal out. In fact we asked to see a dinner menu, and would return. They make a point of locally sourcing ingredients and also have a garden onsite. The whole property is exactly what you want for a couples getaway."

"It is a dream come true to make it back to the Inn at Abeja! We stayed in a different cottage this time and this one was charming in its own way (there is not a bad option). Hard to put into words but staying in the Inn was like coming home. The innkeeper, Sierra is fabulous, so genuine, and we remembered her from a few years ago (and she seemed to remember us). Once again we visited right before the wine release and so there was a level of excitement in the air as the staff prepared the grounds for a big weekend! Hope we can return next year! Service/Cottage Amenities: The housekeeping staff was attentive but not intrusive. They were efficient and responsive when anything was requested (e.g., fresh towels) but we did not require full cleaning during our visit. The wines at Abeja have lovely packaging and tasting notes; our self-guided tour was enjoyable to do on our own time so we could visit other wineries during the day. Loved having pour over coffee and fresh cream! The robes are fantastic and so adorable to have that precious bee logo. The linens and bed were extremely comfortable. Breakfast: What a treat to have breakfast included with a stay. The fresh squeezed orange juice was divine! The carafes of coffee on the table were a nice touch. We enjoyed the variation of different meals each morning. Our favorites were the carmelized raspberry muffin and the egg dish with ham and asparagus. There were no bad dishes - some were healthy/lighter (shanshuka) than others. Recommendations - conduct quality control for the coffee (there were 2 days it was watered down). Bring back the chalkboards with the weekly menu for each day (we have photos from our last visit). Dinner/Other: We went to Kitchen at Abeja for the 5-course meal one night. It was fun to try it finally but we actually preferred the cheese and fruit trays we got during our last visit delivered to the room. That way we could enjoy our beautiful space. We also got take-out from Graze one night to have with Abeja wine (of course)! The local restaurants Hattaway's on Alder and Salted Mill were elegant and delightful as was walking in the nearby park. If you are looking for some fun, non-winery side trips, I highly recommend going to Wolfling Coffee, the buzzy coffee shop of cuteness in historic small town, Waitsburg, WA on your way to check out Insta-worthy Palouse Falls State Park (200 foot waterfalls of magic and the chatty marmots). You won't be disappointed."
