Spark by Hilton Walker Grand Rapids North

The property/room was nice & clean & i liked the bottles attached to wall instead of the little bottles you normally get. Very hot water in room. However there was no ice bucket in rooms & wish they offered a little better variety for breakfast. They focus to much on bagels & only had 3 different choices.

Awesome stay for the right price I loved the big bathroom. The shower was awesome! The room was clean. The 3rd shift attendant was super cool. We were bobtailing to pick up a 53' construction work trailer at a job site. She accommodated us with no problem parking our semi ,and a smile and a joke to boot. The continental breakfast was just right. Bagels, muffins and cereal. Fresh hot folgers coffee. Ice cold milk ,oj and apple juice. And last but certainly not least, we were hooking up the trailer about 2 mile down the road, i get a phone call from the hotel. The man tells me that i had left a bag in the dining area. I couldn't think of what that cpuld have been. I double checked the room and decided it must be someone elses. Come to find out, it was my purse that had my drivers license, medical card and other important articles. I was very thankful they called especially when they did. because we were headed to benton harbor to drop the trailer off and head back home to fayette ohio.

Wasn’t very clean the pool area Looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped at all & the bathroom looked really messy

The halls smelled like mildew, bathroom in pool area was disgusting. No ice bucket or microwave in the room and the pillows should’ve been updated a long time ago.
