Room was pretty standard. Clean and decent. Friendly front desk, with limited language skills, they tried to help us to get around. Great breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the JR station and there is a local supermarket nearby with everything to eat. The breakfast is very good. But the hotel does not provide bottled water, so what to drink? The tap water in the water pipe smells of chlorine. The front desk lady is not very good at speaking. I called to ask for the wifi password, but she couldn't explain it for a long time and had to come down again.

The rooms here are very clean, the facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is good. The breakfast is delicious and rich. The transportation is very convenient. You can get up early to catch the tram or come back at night without delaying your rest. It is a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is located near Wakayama Station. You need to go out from the east exit of the station. The room is not big. Two big suitcases, one behind the door and one on the luggage rack, can barely be opened at the same time. The room is set up like other hotels, but there is no yukata and coat hanger. The coat hanger is replaced by a simple wooden strip nailed to the wall. It is suitable for short-term stay. There is a coin-operated laundry service downstairs. The only surprise is that this hotel actually provides free breakfast service, with simple breakfast food, such as bread, sandwiches, coffee, drinks, and Japanese breakfast soup, rice balls, side dishes, rice, etc. Good value for money.

Everything is good, but the self-check-in is not humane enough. We are old, don't speak the language, and have poor eyesight, so no one helped us in time. We should be treated differently.

I will not stay in this hotel again. The water pressure in the shower is too small, it's unbelievable... Moreover, unlike other Toyoko Inns, the skin care kit provided in this hotel needs to be asked at the front desk, which makes people feel uncomfortable and inconvenient.
