Good comfortable hotel, great location.

Great views from our room. Staff were very helpful and gave us a lovely quiet room.

The most amazing place to be at. Thank you all loved the swim, rooms,bed amazing, breakfast amazing and receptionist amazing. Thank you Pahia for an amazing weather to. We traveled up from Waipukurau for Paige Harley and Quin Belgrove wedding. Beautiful food.

Beautiful location, amazing pools with a sea view, comfy beds and rooms, delicious Buffett dinners and breakfast! We will be back.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was very average for $59 per head. Wasn't a very good selection. What they had was more Indian tastes. Would like to see more local māori culture within the work environment.

Lovely and friendly. Good sized rooms, very relaxing. Liked the "Save a Kiwi" initiative. Who needs their room serviced everyday anyway.

The overall stay was good. Nice environment, good customer service.

It was nice that it was close to Paihia and that we could use the pool and spa for free.

Newly renovated room, clean and tidy

This hotel is rubbish. The facilities and equipment are outdated. The deposit I paid by card after arriving at the hotel has not been refunded to me yet. I have been told to wait. Does it take up to half a month to refund the deposit?
