"Oh my goodness. What a gem of a find! Greeted with champagne and orange juice and a warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival. Gorgeous rooms and bathrooms. Big comfy beds and fluffy bedding. Toasty warm accommodation. Generously sized and delicious meals (only tiny thing was they were quite salty but I think I'm not used to that much salt). Lovely, helpful, incredibly accommodating staff - they were happy to cook food in their kitchen I'd given them for my 11 month old daughter who was weaning, very fussy and had allergies. And also double checked what I could give her, whenever I asked. They also provided us with a kettle and fridge in the room. LOVED the carrot/apple/ginger juicer and delicious coffees. Generous unlimited portions of cake and chips to eat when you came off the slopes too. The spa areas were epic. The pool clean. A fab kids area. A garden with a swing. A games room. And ski storage room too. The decor modern and fresh and everywhere well-looked after and maintained. The rooms cleaned every day. Every request accommodated. And conveniently situated with just a short walk to the Gondola for the slopes. It felt like one big giant luxurious home-from-home experience. The BEST hotel stay I've ever had skiing and certainly one of the best in my lifetime. Thank you so much. I will be back for sure. x"

"We were as a motorcycle group a few days in this hotel. Very friendly hosts who also gave us a lot of tips - whether it's to the tours or restaurants nearby. My problem with a too soft mattress was also resolved in the handwriting - thank you Florian !!! The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, was also constantly filled. We were all surprised by the "BYYING" that we could use in the evening at the cozy assembly, it was all there (beer, drink, wine, etc.). We have also widely used this offer ;-) All in all has made us all a lot of fun - we will certainly come back sometime. Well, my husband and I had met them two weeks before.
