"We were here last year. The hotel location and scenery is truly superb. Some people complaining about bugs and insects in the rooms, but we did not have any during our stay even if we were on the ground floor. The food in the restaurant is ok, it's not remarkable, but it's fine and well-cooked most importantly. The bread selection and cookies were great though. The woman with dark hair who was welcoming the guests at restaurant entry was very kind. I don't remember the cleaning staff, but as far as I know the towels were getting changed every day. The rooms have a working fridge, which is a huge pros! On a negative side, the pool is small and we could barely be there as there were lots of loud kids repeatedly jumping in, so forget about pool as an adult and accept that you will most likely be constrained to beach only and eventually some activities for which you will pay, so we felt a bit bored after 4 days already. It would be nice if hotel built an adult-only or silence pool as the current one is really not suited for everyone. The rooms are visually good, but we found our room to be a bit too small for three people, I guess some rooms are larger. Also, some tablecloths and booths in the restaurants were stained and not cleaned immediately. Overall, I quite liked this place, mainly the sea itself and beautiful pine trees surrounding the hotel. I think I would return one day, but I would not spend more than 5 days there. I wouldn't give 5 stars, but it doesn't deserve 3 stars either, so ⭐⭐⭐⭐."

"We booked this holiday last minute on a whim, over a beverage at lunchtime, (it was a great offer) We didn't do any research (which is unusual for us as we usually plan our holidays well in advance) Upon getting home and reading Trip Advisor reviews we were really worried that we'd made a big mistake, the reviews weren't good. The latest one was dated October 2025, so nothing posted recently. We had everything included, flights, transfers, hotel and all inclusive (more on that later) When we arrived, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised, the reception was clean and bright and we were met by a lovely young lady on reception. We were given room 115 (photos attached) The reviews I had read all mentioned filthy carpets but ours were clean, as were all the corridor carpets. The room was clean and nicely made up with a basket of fresh fruit. It's a shame that were were at the side of the building, we didn't have a clear view of the sea. The hotel was quiet so it would have been easy for them to have put us in one, but when we asked, we were told it would be at an extra cost. The hotel was quiet with not much to do. A movie night or some sort of entertainment one evening would have been nice. On to the 'all inclusive'. It's not all inclusive (you have to dig deep in the paperwork to find this out) It's actually all inclusive 'light' which basically means that you get breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style. Drinks wise, you get house red wine or white wine, a local beer and soft drinks, but only when you're dining. You can then purchase drinks at the bar outside of those hours. The red wine wasn't good. The white was slightly better. The food was good but was rather repetitive (as are most buffet restaurants) The bread was delicious and the salads nice and fresh. The gym was a bonus. The equipment looked new. At the back was a hot tub and sauna room, changing rooms and a relaxation area. I used these facilities most days as it was so quiet. The setting is lovely. Such a gorgeous outlook. A rocky shore and gorgeous blue hues in the water. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to swim in it (others did though) We walked to the nearby town of Vroboska a few times (about 20 minutes at a good pace) It's gorgeous. Jelsa is also worth a visit. I must mention the dining room staff who were so friendly and helpful. They worked such long hours but always had a smile and they took time to chat. A big thank you goes to Jeevan, Texie and Yahia. All in all we were pleasantly surprised that our fears about cleanliness were unfounded. It's definitely not a 4* hotel but it's nice and thankfully, it's clean."
