Qeparo Napolon Complex

Perfect location, very nice room, hospitable staff, good breakfast. The hotel is five minute walk to the beach, mini market, bars and restaurants.

The restaurant is high above the bay. I went with my wife to enjoy the view but the evening was spoiled by the food. To be fair, the house wine was good and the seafood risotto was very nice. The problem was the 'oven' cooked lamb. We were expecting tender roast lamb, falling off the bone. What we got were chunks of hastily grilled, gristly meat. Now, I know that lamb is often served slightly pink; this was plain raw. Although the waiter took it back to the kitchen the meat was still tough. Via a translation app we pointed out that the menu was very misleading but the waiter replied on the lines that's how they cook lamb here. We reached an accomodation on the bill but left disappointed.

Good choice in Qeparo Very good choice of hotel in Qeparo. Lots of steps to go the beach but if you can manage, it has a direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The view is absolutely stunning and the breakfast was very good. There is parking available on-site for maybe 10-15 cars.

We were 3 families that decided to stay on these rooms. Unfortunately, we were fooled by the view of the sea. Since the very first moment, one of the kids got stuck inside one of the toilets because of the malfunctioning of the door handle. Than when we wanted to lock the doors and have dinner, the door handle of the room just broke and felt on the floor with our things stuck inside the room. But the cherry on top was when we returned from dinner and zried to turn on the AC. Not only the AC was not working but after the staff members came, they said these are things that happen. Not even a fan was offered to cool the room. Pointless to say that we slept on the chairs outside in the balcony because it was impossible to sleep inside in the heat. And than breakfast that was not included in the price but overçricwd for the area where an omlete costed 400Leke. When we asked the owner about the broken AC or breakfast not being included in the price, he said these are things that happen. No applogies, no explanation. Overall our experience was awful and when we left we also scratched our car because of the very tight parking. It is pointless to advertise only certain rooms while the actual rooms are a total mess.

Wonderful suite ( 301) spacious, private balcony, spotless. The family who runs Napolan could not be nicer and quickly responded to all our needs. The Mom is a super cook and made us a wonderful dinner and breakfast. Well located- comfy beds. We loved it. And, parking at the complex which is a necessity!
