The location is perfect for tourist situated not far from the city centre with Highland coffee one the Ground level opening til late at night. The cleaner ring the bell to make up our room at 7:00 am (way too early). The breakfast is disappointing, everything is empty!

This seems to be the city of Muong Thanh - there’s one every where so so take note. As a small city, every hotel is pretty well situated. In terms of this hotel, it has seen better days and you can see that they are certainly lean on the personnel side. Overall the room operated ok for a one night stay. I might not want to stay another night. Didn’t catch the breakfast or the other on site amenities. Probably wouldn’t come back as there is a mismatch of price/value in this instance. (Regardless of how comfortable the room was).

The room is clean and warm, the bedding is so comfortable that you don't want to get up, the breakfast is rich and delicious, I will stay here next time~ I was amazed as soon as I stepped into the lobby! The staff is warm and thoughtful, the smart control of the room is super convenient, and the free late check-out is a small benefit that is super considerate. It is definitely a five-star experience! The environment is elegant and the decoration is exquisite, the mattress is soft and the sleep quality is amazing. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type, the sound insulation effect is great, and the details are true!

I stayed in Rong City for four days. This hotel left the best impression. The hotel environment is very good. Every morning at breakfast, someone would ask if the taste and service were satisfactory. The four-star standard was still met. The front desk was also very enthusiastic. The weather was so hot that they helped us solve many problems. Rong City, the impression is very good!

The ladies at the reception were very nice and gave us a warm welcome. The room was great and very clean, and we had a very restful sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and was regularly refilled; we only arrived shortly before 9 a.m. The hotel has a Highlands Coffee in the lobby, which is very pleasant. Overall, we were very satisfied.
