Find Villas in Nice

Stayed for a few nights with family and cannot rate this hostel highly enough! Rooms are spacious and have a real hotel ‘feel’, including en-suite bathrooms. And these guys have thought of everything with plenty of sockets in the room, laundry service, gym, computers and chill-out zones. Security is as good as any hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the whole place has a really easy, welcoming vibe. Spacious and stylish place that’s really great value for money. Really accommodating for a young family and even when busy felt really calm and quiet. Close to beach and all else Nice has to offer - will definitely stay again!

Perfectly located within Nice with access to the tram system appx 200meters away. The hotel is beautiful, and has stunning views from the roof top bar and pool area, however the prices for food and drink were exceptionally high with 9 euros for a glass of Coke. However the food was nice, a few vegetables would have made it better. The room was quite small and had a few issues that needed attention, hooks in the bathroom falling off the wall, stains on the headboard and broken tiles. The bed was really comfortable as it was made from foam which had no horrible springs digging in. The staff were exceptional, Irene on reception was really helpful and friendly at all times of the day. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of choice was on offer and the hotel check out time of 12.00 was really helpful as we had an evening flight.

Loved this hotel, very quirky and eclectic with interesting design touches. Inviting reception with small bar and seating area. Excellent location for beach front, restaurants, bars, shops, old town. Train station 7/8 mins walk and tram stop for airport practically across road. We had an executive room and was a good size, big bathroom, open wardrobe but had to hang dresses on back of bathroom door. Big firm but comfy bed. Hotel and surrounding street was quiet at night. Enjoyed a good breakfast choice in the basement. Again fresh and clean looking with quirky touches. The staff were very polite, hard working and always acknowledged you unless they were busy on desk. Hotel spotless and in good decor. Yes lift is small but this is not a new build but an older building with lots of typical French character, some rooms have Juliette windows which gave an openness to the room. I have read a recent strong review complaining about Wi-Fi, I use my data but my husband logged in and had no issues, to comment it was better in Holiday Inn across road, I would like to add, we have stayed there (business) many times and the Wi-Fi in the hotel bedrooms was weak. Also to comment that a request for a French restaurant was answered ‘to turn right out of hotel’, if the reviewer did precisely that there are three typical good french restaurants right there. Would definitely stay again. Tip for airport city tram, download Nice Ticket app and buy tickets, you validate them just before boarding, quicker than queuing for machine. Also any spare still worked a year later !

Great stay in a 4 star at an unbeatable price. The breakfast included in the price is great with plenty of good products. The location is great (near the train station, right in the city center). Disadvantage, the noise of cars even after midnight. I think it's better to have a room on the 6th floor than on the 1st where I was. Maybe ask for a room facing the courtyard if there is one rather than facing the street. It would be nice for the hotel management to negotiate a preferential rate with the parking lot located opposite, it would be an undeniable plus.

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. Although it was a bit small, it was reasonably clean and the location was good as it was close to the train station/tram. I brought a simple shower/filter with me in advance from Korea, and I really needed it. Shower filters turn yellow quickly, so I recommend taking several with you. Breakfast was 15 euros per person, so I didn't pay, and there were many bakeries nearby, so I visited every morning.

The front desk service is very good, especially the young man is very patient. There is also a snack at the front desk. The chocolate taste is praiseworthy, but the room is old. The carpet does have a little taste. The facilities are simple, but the bathroom is very new. The space is large and the heated towel rack is very convenient for drying bath towels. The location of the store is also good. The quiet street is more convenient to the old city seaside commercial street and not too noisy.

The hotel Villa Rose is charming and delightful. The decor is interesting and cheerful. It is spotlessly clean. It has a lovely little garden that is full of character and great to sit in for breakfast or a glass of wine before dinner. We chose it because it is near the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum that we wanted to visit. When there we had a problem with a cancelled train and Son was wonderful at sorting it for us. He has a real 'can do' mentality and it was no sooner said than done. Without him it would have been a major stress. It is a small business that cares which was a really refreshing change from the big businesses like Easy Jet and SNCf which were on strike and cancelled flights. We would definitely stay there again. The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes away from the Caspian Sea. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are also some restaurants and cafes around. The single room is much larger than the room. The toilet is much brighter and more refined. It meets the needs of single living. The staff is available 24 hours a day. , But the wifi is not very good. Generally recommended

First, the upsides. The hotel itself is in a classically beautiful building. Surrounded by numerous cafes and boulangeries, it is just two short blocks from the tram stop, and within a few blocks of the beach. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. However, the room we were in -- ”tradition,” the mid-size option -- was tiny by almost any standard. Barely enough room to move around. The bathroom and shower reminded me of the spaces on sailboats, which are cramped by necessity. The walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations and water running in adjacent rooms. Vehicle noise from the street was considerable and more or less constant. The garden, unfortunately, was a haven for mosquitos more so than people. We sat there for five minutes and were forced to leave.
