"I booked for 2 nights for 2 twin beds. We arrived 5am na for our first day stay so we had no choice but to embrace it.... I will not recommend this to anyone. The room was so dirty, dust is everywhere. Even the bedsheet, youll feel the dust, the air flowing din from the aircon smells dust. Yung tissue sa CR, used paper towel na din nilagay... So around 9am, after 3-4hrs na rest, we decided to checkout na lang and look for new accommodations."

"Good location! Clean and very prompt cleaners. I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!"

"The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk to Calle Crisologo. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My only concern are the mosquitoes in the room. They should provide some mosquito repellants at least. But overall, it was a good stay."

The food here was absolutely amazing. Every dish we had, from the crispy empanadas to the flavorful bagnet, was a true taste of Ilocos. The staff was so kind and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Will be back!"

"Rooms is for budget solo travelers and is quite small especially the shower area. Shower pressure was pretty much non-existing. No windows. For the price, I think it’s okay considering the location. WiFi is fast and smart TV. Complimentary breakfast was filling but if you are a heavy breakfast eater, you’ll definitely want to have another meal. Very helpful and courteous staffs."

"We were so astounded of the ancestral heritage atmosphere of Cordillera Inn. It’s a way of living in the past and we felt like we belong there. The Filipino food was great. The ambiance of the room & dining room are full of architectural Spanish style and the details. Along the street of Crisologo, you can hear the people strolling & the sound of the kalesas. There are so many things to do, you can buy at the vendors, have coffee @ Starbucks, walking distance, and choose your preferred restaurants. Overall, we feel happy, serene and the satisfaction of staying there at this hotel. The pickup/ transfer to Vigan city was excellent!. Lito, our driver was right on time when we landed in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte at the very early wee hour of the morning. Our tour guide, Albert was sooo knowledgeable of the Vigan history. He was the best we ever had experienced. Our whole experience was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thanks soooo much for a once in a lifetime experience! ♥️♥️♥️"
