The room is spacious but a little bit old. When we requested the plates, we had to go down the bar and got them by ourselves.

Lovely hotel, incredibly clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only caveat was laundry service - was sent to an external provider and was very expensive.

Roomy hotel near the Belvedere in Vienna. Walkable to the city center for access to sights of the city. Close to a metro station to get to far flung destinations or to catch a train to all of Europe.

It is very good hotel, location is great. I would like to recommend it strongly.

Very big room for one peraon, nice bath, clean and quiet room

All was wonderful. The size of the room , bathtub excelent !

The staffs of the hotel are very warm, friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the train station that has a direct line to the airport, and is also very close to the Belvedere Palace and the botanic garden. The neighbourhood is also very safe and convenient, it has lovely restaurants and a DM, and supermarket is also onoy a few-minute walk away. The room is very spacious, well-designed and well-equipped. It has plenty of storage and wardrobe space, and every piece of furnitures are of great quality. The bathroom is especially great, well-designed, good ambience and with good quality bathtubs, shower heads, toilet and tiles. It really feels like home. The room is also very quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The only major flaw is the old and not up-to-standard hair dryer, which was disappointing. The mattress can also be improved, as it also feels old.

10/10 rating. The quality of a top-notch hotel is shown in a crisis. I had a fall and head injury at the hotel, and their handling has been exemplary. Thanks to Mrs. Trivanovic who administered first aid and contacted ambulance. Thanks to Ms. Anica Bauer and the front office team for checking with me every two hours to ensure I’m alright as I was a senior traveling alone. The reception picks up the call immediately whenever I feel dizzy and insecure. I feel very safe at the hotel. As I don’t speak German, special gratitude to Anica, who helped with buying medication, follow-up communication with the ambulance and hospital, translation, administration and all my needs, always responsive, thoughtful and patient. This aside, the hotel has direct train from airport, the breakfast is outstanding with even diet jam, delicious omelette, tomato juice., etc, the room is spacious. Great stay but I did expect a large double bed instead of two singles pushed together. The staff were friendly and check in and out was quite easy. It’s a bit far from the station if you’re walking with bags but an uber is pretty cheap and quick.

Everything was great at this hotel I stayed in. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, good location, modern atmosphere.

Location is good. Just 5 mins from train station. The room is big and well equipped. Value for money.

Olde world look with modern amenities. Good price for the location & quality amenities - easy walk to Rennweg station (for the airport) & Belvedere palace & tram just down the street to get into the old town & Rathouse. Good location for getting to all the Christmas markets (get a 24 hr transport pass from the train station). Only issue was that the room was super hot. They sent someone to look at it & it was better the second night but could have been cooler.
