Very convenient location, right next to U3 line - Neubagasse station, in the middle of shopping street. Hotel is compact with classic yet stylish deco. Highly recommended for couples.

The front desk was very friendly and had a good attitude. The room was very beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend it to friends who like taking photos. The bedding was very good. The quilt, pillow and bed were very comfortable. However, the room was small and the facilities were very ordinary. There were not even slippers, which seemed to be the case in most places in Vienna. The biggest problem was that the toilet was a black toilet. There was no window in the room and the sound insulation was poor.

On a commercial pedestrian street. A little far away from surrounding attractions. The water pressure in the shower room is poor and the floor drains quickly. Good reviews.

Just amazing. Stylish, trendy and hip. Great French toast breakfast at the roof top restaurant. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Great location also and very friendly and helpful front staff. The room looked like from out of this world. Very eclectic and modern.

We lived in Vienna for 5 years, coming back is always a great pleasure. And for us, staying at the Motto is the best choix, in every perspective: the hotel itself, its hosts as well as its guests, the atmosphere, the location. Always great to be back in Vienna, always great to stay at the Motto. Both feels like coming home.

We stayed at Motto hotel in November 2025 and it was a delightful experience. We felt welcome from the moment we walked into the small but tasteful and friendly foyer. The room is quirky but really well-designed and comfortable. The Motto bakery on the first floor is delicious, and the area extremely convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff gave us wonderful recommendations for nearby dining options--authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced restaurants in the vicinity. To make things even better, around 5pm there was a mobile cart going from room to room offering drinks (not sure if this is a permanent feature or a temporary special offer). That glass of bubbly was a perfect finish to a busy day in Vienna. I probably won't go anywhere else when I am in Vienna again. Thank you, Motto!
