在步行街的裏面，旁邊就是大教堂。在有的房間拍照能拍到俯視教堂的照片。酒店環境一般，比較舊的樣子，入口位置也不是太起眼。車開不進去，有大件行李需要自己推進去。

地理位置太…… 正處於最熱鬧的地點，即是優點又是缺點，下樓就是大教堂的門口，可是…可是，待客停車、叫Uber 裝卸行李等都非常不容易，完全沒有一個迴旋的餘地……

Es hat sich Einiges verändert seit wir vor 8 Jahren da waren. Statt ONYX-BAR gibt es jetzt ein Restaurant. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett ist abgeschafft. Die Zimmer gefallen mir immer noch sehr gut, nur den Wasserfleck an der Decke hätte man mitrenovieren können. Manko war das dazugestellte dritte Bett, eher Modell Feldbett.
Die Verbrauchsartikel wurden immer wieder aufgefüllt, sodass wir jederzeit Kaffee machen konnten. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt.

The staff were really disappointing. We asked multiple times for an iron and waited over an hour and a half, went to reception and also called down. We ended up giving up. I ordered a cup of tea to the room as only coffee was provided in the room. It took 45 minutes to arrive, it arrived cold and cost over £11.00 I requested a room with a bath on booking and was told it was not a problem, but on arrival, I was told there were no rooms available with a bath. Really disappointed with the view that we paid extra for, very different from the photos online. Paying almost £1000 for two nights (one night booked directly), I would expect better service, so it was really disappointing.

Great location
Location is the best, especially as we only had 1 night stay. Rooms not too pretty but larger than most so that’s a bonus, good size bathroom. Pillows very soft & couldn’t find more so check that out before you go to bed. Reception is on level 6 with the Asian restaurant (which was buzzing) but the staff member spent the time to welcome us & sent us to the correct level for our room.
