Very well located and super nice service and rooms

The location is good. The front desk service is professional.

Clean, spacious and warm. It was the warmest accommodation in Europe. It was also a huge plus that water was provided free of charge. Breakfast was not necessary. It was a good location for going to downtown Vienna.

The location was very close to both the metro and all the splatz You can walk to the museum quarter a karlsplatz cathedral rathoussplatza in max 15 minutes

The location is really great. It's a great place to go anywhere and the staff are friendly. The cafe right next door is also delicious and I highly recommend the traditional market near Saigon Rice Noodle House.

This is a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again. Most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. I stayed there in the winter, but the underfloor heating made it very warm. The water pressure in the shower was good, and hot water always came out. Cleaning was done every day, and water was replenished every day. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The hotel staff were happy to help me print out the museum tickets, which was very helpful. They also looked after my luggage after I checked out. I would like to use this hotel again when I stay in Vienna.

The location was good, we liked it in general, there was no problem with the cleaning. We can say price performance.

I booked a room with a kitchen. However, there were no pots, pans, plates, knives, etc. So there wasn't much point in having a kitchen. However, it was a traditional and historic hotel. It was clean, had lots of sunlight, was spacious, and had two toilets, so it was comfortable for three people to stay. I'd like to stay here again next time I come to Vienna (^^)

I booked this hotel as a solo female traveller. It was located very close to the subway station, and the location was excellent. It was on a major road, so it was safe at night. The staff were also kind. The whole building was old, but clean. However, the refrigerator was broken and completely unusable, and the air conditioner was quite loud.

It was an old-fashioned lodging. Although it is far from the main tourist attractions, I had a good rest at an affordable price. Early check-in was not possible on the day I went.

酒店位置不錯，地鐵十分鐘步行，旁邊有一個大市場，可以吃喝采購。房間乾淨，沒有浴缸。樓房牆壁薄，感覺像簡易樓板建成的。前台服務很好。路標的酒店標識不明顯，注意看。
