房間雖不大 是老建築 有歷史感的建築 但很舒服乾淨 服務態度好 雖有點小插曲 後續但很到位 每天晚上會來房間一次放上水和巧克力 水放了很多 在這次整個行程中是最滿意的酒店

住了3天，服務基本符合期待，幫忙搬運行李，夜床和daily service該有的都有。
屋頂酒吧眺望也不錯。
底下還有健身房和泳池。
早餐要看主菜點的啥，幾天下來感覺English breakfast和班尼迪克蛋還可以。
房間挑高很高，窗外風景也不錯。
因為就在城市公園旁邊，去機場快線（CAT）直通的車站，還有金色大廳啥的都很近。
從酒店坐地鐵或路面電車去美泉宮/美景宮/霍夫宮都是20分鐘之內。
順便一提買個帶機場pass的city card還是挺划算的（hop-on hop-off感覺意義不大）。
公共交通隨便坐，地鐵和路面電車很發達，終電也晚，基本能**。
CAT從機場一站直達城市公園，16分鐘。

The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great.
One small critique is that reception and guest services were often too busy to answer calls, requiring us to go down to the lobby for assistance. But overall, we had a very delightful and comfortable stay.

I stayed in a Premium Deluxe Room which has a very high ceiling. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of Stadtpark was beautiful, and the hotel's location is very convenient for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Some places you visit, and some places stay with you. The Ritz-Carlton in Vienna is one of those places. Every detail, every smile, every moment here has a soul. And then… the kitchen. I was so blown away that I had to ask who was behind it all. That’s how I learned about Thomas and Lukas – the masterminds leading a team that creates pure culinary magic. I had to capture the moment because this wasn’t just a meal – it was a gastronomic journey that’s hard to describe and even harder to forget. If perfection exists, this must be it.
