Comfy and Scenic 4BR Stay in Ottakring

I may have had high expectations because the communication beforehand was very trustworthy. The room was certainly clean, but the word "city view" just means it faces the road, and there is a tram running nearby, so it was a bit noisy even at night. It seemed to have been renovated and was clean, but there were moths in the toilet and ants in the room, which made me worry about the cleanliness. For some reason, the shower only had cold water, so in the morning my hands got numb from the cold. It's easy to imagine it as a room in a shared house, but someone's personal belongings were in the bathroom and shared space. The tram stop is nearby, so I think the transportation is convenient.
