My family has now returned to Korea after finishing the trip to Europe. When it comes to travel, accommodation is very important in determining the image of the city. Even in the same city, there is a pretty good chance that if you stay in good accommodation, you will think the city is good, and if you stay in bad accommodation, you will think it is bad. This residence offers a very high level of employee kindness compared to other residences. Also, the facilities are very well-equipped without breaking down, and feedback is fast. However, when you go to the supermarket, it is recommended to use public transportation rather than walking. The tram is very well-established, and I always used 24 hours tickets ~ 7 days tickets.

I had a wonderful stay at the Somerset apartment. From the moment I opened the door, I was greeted with a fresh, clean scent that immediately made me feel at ease. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern touch, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the space is incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and spotless place to stay.

The hotel apartment just celebrated.1 year anniversary. APT was great and clean. Good for families up to 4 to 5 pax. Yanna at the reception was friendly and helpful. Garage parking cost €39 and we parked at the street. Lucky no ticket issue. The photoes attched is when we r chcking out. (Sorry kinda messy) fully recommended for those looking for apt hotel stay.

The hotel was clean and close to public transportation however there were no supermarkets or coffee shops or restaurants nearby. The TV remote was missing so we couldn't turn on or off the screen in the room and it was always on with the wifi code so was disturbing at night.

The room is very nice, with complete facilities. The room is new, the bathroom is large, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station at the door. Although it is not in the center of the city, it is suitable for family travel.

I went to Vienna twice this year, and stayed at this hotel again this time. It's a little far from the center, but that's not a problem. The hotel has all the facilities you need, so you can relax. It was the end of November, so I brought thick pajamas, but the room was very hot so I didn't need them. My grandmother broke the shower door, but they called a repairman the next morning and I was grateful. The coffee maker was also broken at first, and when I told the receptionist, they came to fix it while I was out. I think the service is great.

The room is super big, much better than the one in the city. There is tram No. 62 at the door, which is very convenient to Schönbrunn Palace and Belvedere Palace. The service staff is very friendly. The room has kitchen equipment, tableware, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. If you want to stay for a few days, it is a good choice. There is a train station opposite McDonald's nearby, which is very convenient for taking the European Railway.

Very satisfied, the room is a suite, which is different from the small rooms in Europe. This one is already very big. The facilities are complete, there is a balcony to dry clothes, and the bed is clean and comfortable! The location is very convenient, there is a 62/62A bus downstairs, and there is an S railway line a few steps away!

Comfortable, clean and safe, what an amazing experience. The reception staff were professional, considerate and smiling, and check-in was quick. I will definitely choose such a good hotel next time.

Everything was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and clean, one thing to note is that there is no air conditioning in the room. It's ok in winter with the windows open, but it might be hot in summer.

A standard apartment with good infrastructure, including cooking, laundry, etc. But no one cleans the room. We stayed for 3 days and no one cleaned or changed the linens. Maybe the number of days was not enough, I don't know. The front desk service was good. Once the door lock was broken, so we had to wait outside for 15 minutes. After they came to solve the problem, they gave us a few breakfasts as an apology. The convenience of travel is average, and it takes a long distance to take the subway. If it is not a family trip, I will not choose this place.
