Very good hotel, I stayed here for the last time on this business trip. The service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Convenient transportation, next to the tram and subway station. The breakfast is very rich, you can take it away if you don't have time to eat. The room is also very clean and soundproof.
There are many supermarkets nearby where you can buy things.

The room is relatively new, just renovated, and the style is not bad. However, the room smells, and the window needs to be opened, and the breakfast style is very small, there is nothing to eat, and there are few seats, and no table can be found. The service staff can't speak English not good.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in yet! The room was lovely and all of the ecofriendly processes were amazing too hear about. The location itself is located near a tram stop making central Vienna accessible easily by a 30 minute tram. The hotel also offers food all through the night and a 24hr reception. We spent a lot of the night talking to a lovely member of staff (who I won’t name for privacy reasons (J) who gave us fun tips for places to visit, food recommendations and general lovely conversation - we spent hours talking each night it was lovely. All staff were amazing and the vibes were truly unlike any other hotel. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back as we were sad too leave the hotel we will miss the staff! - M + C

Staff simpático e hotel agradável com areas comuns muito prazerosas e confortáveis! Boa localização. Quarto tamanho razoável para uma pessoa e cama muito confortável e bom colchão. Boa cabine de chuveiro. Pequeno almoço variado. Só não foi muito agradável o barulho que ouvi durante a noite, bater de portas dos quartos e outros que não consegui identificar se eram das canalizações...
