From the moment we arrived at the Due Torri Hotel in Verona, we were thrilled with our choice. The location is perfect. Within a short walking distance of all of the main sights. There is a lovely church right across the street, which we saw from our beautiful hotel room. (We even got to see a wedding celebration outside our window on one afternoon.) We were greeted by the great front desk staff. I believe one woman’s name was Natalie. Really lovely. She made a great recommendation for dinner – my favorite restaurant in my 2 weeks in Italy – Ristorante Greppia. When we arrived, Natalie informed us that we had been upgraded from a junior suite to a full suite. It was a spectacular suite with a great view. The breakfast buffet is great. On one morning we ordered breakfast in our suite. Great food. Beautiful presentation. Excellent service. There is a rooftop restaurant with a spectacular view of this beautiful city. Our guide told us that – whenever luminaries come to Verona – they stay at the Due Torri Hotel. It’s clear why.

This is a really classy hotel fantastically well placed in the centre of Verona . Juliets House , the Arena etc all in 10/15 mins walk. Elegant old style . Very nice but quiet restaurant . Two great bars one downstairs very nice and a lovely one on the roof with stupendous views. Great cocktails at reasonable prices and light lunch or bar snacks. The delightful Fransisco and Paulo two old style bar stewards run them and make you feel you are Burton and Taylor. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and really impressive public rooms. Front of house staff very helpful and cleaning staff excellent. A great place for a very happy few days break.

The hotel is beautifully situated. Service was fine. The breakfast offering had a large variety from which to choose, The room was clean and well appointed and had a lovely balcony overlooking the rooftops of Verona. The hotel also has a very nice rooftop terrace/restaurant, which is a great place to have an aperitvo while the sun sets. Overall a very nice experience.

We spent two nights at Due Torri at the end of August and had a very enjoyable stay. Check-in was smooth and welcoming; although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff kindly offered a complimentary drink, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was on the smaller side but very charming, with a beautiful bathroom. Turndown service was excellent and added a touch of classic luxury, which we liked a lot. The spa is small but nice, featuring both a sauna and a steam bath. Breakfast was generous and of high quality, providing a very good start to the day. A couple of areas could be improved: there’s no in-room coffee machine and the gym was also a bit disappointing, offering only two treadmills and one bike, with no weights at all. However the general vibe of the hotel is great. Perfect location and excellent service!

A fantastic five star experience. The hotel is in a fantastic building on a square that just exudes Italian elegance and is wonderful The door top dining as the sun goes down is an experience In itself as is the rooftop bar Second time stay and it’s as good this time as it was the last. If you can, stay there
