"The hotel is about 10 mins walk to train station and bus terminal. Lobby is decorated elegantly with friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is spacious too.
Breakfast is wide spread and sumptuous. The staff who check us in for breakfast welcomed us with lovely smile and warm greetings 👍❤️.

"The rooms look newly renovated and housekeeping was doing a good job daily. It was spacious and the bathroom was nice. However the pillows were a bit on the flat side and beds were 2 singles put together.
Breakfast was a nice spread of fruits, eggs, cheese, pastries etc. They even provided free bicycles that was very useful.
The location was a bit off on a quiet lane. For those who walk back in the evenings, it maybe a tad too quiet.
The only thing we couldn’t understand is there were strands of hair dangling from the rain shower head, even out from the tiny water nozzles. That was puzzling and worrying at the same time. Otherwise the handheld shower was great even though the water temperature needed to be adjusted."

服務：服務差點意思，前台是一個意大利老太太，一點英文都不會説，全程拿翻譯軟件交流，可以算沒有前台，經常找不到人。約好10點半退房存行李，她記錯成10點還來埋怨我遲到了。
這個不能算是酒店，算是個民宿，介意的不要定。
還有就是維羅納打車特別不方便，最好住個能幫忙打車的酒店，不是招手就停的那種出租車，退房的時候沒打到車，最後沒辦法拖着兩個大箱子走了20分鐘到火車站"

"The bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch.
BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town."

GGuest UserThe stay I had there was simply incredible, I was positively impressed and would come back a thousand times over, everything is very beautiful, organized and very well located, it is right in the city center which makes the stay more pleasant, everything you can do nearby, there is all the commerce and especially next to the arena, the most beautiful thing, the hotel itself is very well built and there was always someone there to help us, the room is the cutest thing and super tidy, the breakfast is very tasty and There are several options, I loved everything about the hotel, congratulations and the people who work there are extremely friendly!!! 💕

PPei ShanAt first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona.
The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

The washing machine is very Italian, working once, and resting for 30 minutes. There is no washing powder in the room and you need to bring your own. It is best to provide wifi password in the room, contacted many times, until leaving, and did not connect to wifi.

Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast.
I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy.

NNIGarden-style apartment hotel, very good, like it very much. You can cook, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The room is big enough, and there is a loft for a family to live in. To the attractions, you can walk, not very far. Very nice hotel apartment!

AanonimosThe homestay was 10 mins away from the city center so it was a convenient location.
The rooms were very clean when we checked in and the bed was of high quality, giving us good rest to recharge during our trip.
The host was very friendly, she even explained the structure of the city and recommended a few spots for us to visit!
Only cons would be there is no stairs to the homestay so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Will definitely rebook this homestay when we return to Verona :)
