Situato in posizione un po' decentrata, ma comunque a 15 minuti dal centro storico con di fronte un supermercato. Camere ampie da 6 o 8 letti a castello, dotate di bagno, armadietti per gli effetti peronali e aria condizionata. Cucina comune attrezzata e con tè, caffè, biscotti a disposizione degli ospiti. Apertura portone d'ingresso e porta della camerata con codice.

Lo mejor las recepcionistas que son muy simpáticas y el gatito que duerme en la recepción. En la calle hay muchos negocios (mini markets, cafeterías...) y paran varías lineas de autobús en la misma calle, que conectan con la estación de trenes Porta Nuova (donde para el bus 199 que conecta la ciudad con el aeropuerto).
En cambio, la zona parece bastante sucia y descuidada con personajes bastante desconcertantes.
