Clean, nice apartments. Everything corresponds to the description.
The only negative is that we found two cockroaches in our apartment, we immediately (at night) contacted the administrators, within 10-15 minutes we were moved to an apartment on another floor, there were no such problems there.

The location is good, the room is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator is large. The washing machine is very Italian in style, working once and resting for 30 minutes. There is no laundry detergent in the room, you need to bring your own. It would be better to provide the wifi password in the room. I contacted many times but still couldn't connect to the wifi until I left.

Sauber, aber dunkel
Zimmer sind mit einer Ausnahme sehr sehr dunkel. Eine Lampe hatte keine Glühbirne, Tischlampen hatten keine Steckdose. Zu unserem Pech, ging auch noch eine Glühbirne kaputt. Die Betten waren nicht bequem, das Schlafsofa sehr unbequem.
Sehr gut hat der Zugang funktioniert, die Kage ist wirklich sehr gut und amn kommt zu Fuß in 10 Min in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

The unit was very clean and fully furnished. It had laundry as well, which was excellent. The only issue for us was difficulty of finding parking spot in the alley. If you have toddlers, make sure to consider a lower level unit, as stairs to second floor are not super safe for toddlers. Otherwise, this was an excellent unit, and seemed to have been renovated recently.
