Perfect location: very close to train station but not noisy. Easy walk to the water. Staff: very approachable and helpful. Room: Kitchen very functional. We chose the first floor as there are a lot of stairs. Bed was comfortable. The washroom was spacious, however there appeared to be mold-like substance on the wall near the toilet. Provided: Coupon for breakfast (€14) was delicious. Also was provided with cookies, croissants, jam, tea and coffee in the room. For those that are lactose intolerant or vegan the first shop on the right south of the train station has vegan pesto.

The place lost electricity for one night that we stayed there. The issue wasn't resolved until the next day. We asked for flashlight or candles because there was not light in the room. The hotel ignored our request and never responded. We were left in the dark. I contacted ******* about it and have yet to hear from them about refunding for the night without electricity.

The location of the property in Vernazza was great, just off the main street so quiet at night but very accessible. Great caffes nearby and easy access to the coastal hiking trails.

Good location
Nice place if you plan to stay more than 4 days. Small kitchen but nowhere to buy food to cook. Lots of great restaurants near. Be prepared to climb LOTS of stairs. Directions are weak so it’s a hard place to find, but Camilla found me and guided me to my room. Trains are easy to catch for daily excursions

What was unique was the location on a cliff, however, the room was decent, but no TV and the WIFI didn’t work either.
The steps up to the room was difficult, but doable; there were many steep steps.We were there for 3 nights and paid almost $1400.00. To me it wasn’t worth it. However, the office staff were very nice, and the view was very nice too.
