The hotel is within 10-minute walk from the train station, and surrounded by different stores and restaurants. The water bus station is only a few steps away so everything is convenient. The staff here can speak proficient English. The only downside will be the check-in/ check-out process. It is a bit unclear to me so that I need to have a phone call in order to check-in/ store my luggage. But we figured this out without taking too much extra time. So I’d say the staff are helpful. Also the room looks nice and clean, with proper AC as well. We are treated with some free soda so generally speaking, a very pleasant stay.

旅館位置非常好，在威尼斯主島上，下了火車站走一會兒就到了。旅館鬧中取靜，從街面上開門進來，有很大的內部空間，有個小院子，可以在這裏坐坐，看看書看電腦都很方便。不過預訂的時候沒注意這是民宿不是酒店，這裏其實是沒什麼服務的，入住幾天沒有人打掃衞生，不過房間非常小，確實也沒什麼太多可打掃的，但最不方便的是房間內幾乎沒有放東西的地方，實用性非常差，衹有一張小桌子，上面堆滿了東西，異常擁擠，兩個箱子也很不容易找好位置打開。這裏入住和離店都是自住辦理。島上房間看起來都是沒有紗窗的，不開窗又太悶，蚊子很多很毒，房間裏配備了電蚊香，但味道確實很嗆人，我拔了電蚊香，選擇了擇機短時間開窗通風。

價格有點小貴，但衞生蠻好的，位置也不錯，住在島上很方便，去哪直接走過去就可以了，還送了很多飲料給我們喝，房間超級大，一室一廳，整個樓安全係數也不錯，樓下就是各種餐廳很方便

酒店並不幫助入住，語言不通，必須站在酒店門口通過門禁溝通，不給開門，接待不擅長英語，溝通不暢，會直接掛電話。
不知道還能怎麼形容。
想換房，沒有人幫助，衹能選擇提前check out，再下一個訂單， 也和酒店溝通過了，結果酒店後台拒絕了提前check out ，但因為一個證件衹能辦一間房，第二間無法網絡check in ，酒店並未積極整理顧客的問題，反而以訂單不可取消為理由，收取兩筆訂單的費用。並且因為無法check
in 酒店直接掛了電話。
並且還收費，毫無服務可言，沒有任何服務，

Beautiful, modern accommodation in a gorgeous old palace. Room was a great size, bathroom huge by European standards & shower pressure was amazing. Samantha was wonderful, and kept apologising for her lack of English, but she did a great job. Only criticism we had was lack of breakfast, but there are so many reasonable restaurants around, its not a problem. We had no trouble locating the hotel using our google maps, handy after finding the front door to remember its next to a fruit & veg shop. We would definately stay here again if we returned to Venice.

The property itself is stunning. The interior is a beautifully restored building. The rooms themselves are equipped with modern amenities. It is accessible to nearby vaporetto stops and provides easy access to all of the sites without being in the middle of the chaos. Highly recommend.

This place was close to main streets for getting around Venice, but removed enough that it was very quiet at night. Air conditioning was a place, and very beautiful. I stayed in the room with a balcony and it was so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
