The hotel is in a very good location, on the main island of Venice, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel is quiet in a bustling city. When you enter from the street, there is a large interior space with a small courtyard where you can sit, read a book or use the computer. However, I didn't notice when I made the reservation that this was a B&B and not a hotel. There are actually no services here, and no one cleaned the room for a few days. The room was very small, and there wasn't much to clean. But the most inconvenient thing was that there was almost no place to put things in the room. It was very impractical. There was only a small table, which was piled with things. It was extremely crowded, and it was not easy to find a good place to open the two boxes. Check-in and check-out are handled by yourself. The rooms on the island seemed to have no screens, and it was too stuffy if the windows were not opened. There were many poisonous mosquitoes. The rooms were equipped with electric mosquito coils, but the smell was really choking. I unplugged the electric mosquito coils and chose to open the windows for a short time for ventilation.

The hotel does not help with check-in. There is a language barrier. You have to stand at the hotel door to communicate through the access control. The door is not opened for you. The receptionist is not good at English and the communication is not smooth. He will hang up the phone directly. I don’t know how else to describe it. I wanted to change rooms, but no one helped me, so I had to choose to check out early and place another order. I also communicated with the hotel, but the hotel backend rejected my early check-out. However, because one ID can only be used to book one room, I couldn't check in the second room online. The hotel did not actively resolve the customer's problem, but instead charged for two orders on the grounds that the order could not be canceled. And because I can't check in hotel and hung up the phone directly. And they charge a fee, but there is no service at all.

Localização perfeita, a poucos minutos da Estação Santa Lúcia. Quarto aconchegante, cama muito confortável, banheiro moderno e impecável. Instalações charmosas e equipe atenciosa. Único ponto a melhorar seria o Wi-Fi, para ter sinal mais forte em toda a extensão do hotel. Ainda assim, recomendo fortemente a estadia!
