This hotel is awful. As soon as we walked in, it smelt musty and the carpets on the stairs were filthy. The room was nothing like the pictures they attempted to make look good (filters much?). See attached for the reality of this room. Supposed ‘Junior Suite’ I don’t think so! I was itching the next day so god knows what was in the bed. Couldn’t wait to get out of there the next day. Complete rip off. Sells itself on its location which is opposite the water buses. Our trip was impromptu due to a flight cancellation and the only flight we could get was from Venice so had to drive there - another ‘selling point’ as there’s a car park. There is also a huge multi storey car park 200 metres round the corner which is not that far in distance from the water buses!

Ottimo per il tribunale, ma anche per visitare la città poiché a pochi metri dalla fermata dei vaporetti. personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile alle esigenze dell’ospite. Camera spaziosa e confortevole con tutti i comfort. Anche se manca la colazione fuori dall’hotel trovi diversi bar. Consigliatissimo

Excellent hotel. It's tough to find hotels that accommodate parking- especially Venice. This hotel has parking on site. Walk across the street to the first bridge into Venice. The rooms are spacious, clean and they were the first hotel of our trip to offer coffee in the room. Highly recommend this hotel

Struttura fatiscente, pulizia totalmente nulla, moquette sulle scale e ai piani lurida e con calcinacci su vari gradini e all'ingresso (non ci vuole molto basta una scopa o un'aspirapolvere) stanza sporca , bagno sporco nemmeno santificato dopo gli ospiti precedenti, esperienza pessima le foto su booking non corrispondono assolutamente a verità!! Sconsigliatissimo.... preciso che questa recensione è stata cancellata da Booking e non è possibile riscriverla!! Vergognoso

My family and I were here for 1 night on 16th of February. Upon check in we were kindly greeted. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were able to check in early and that was perfect after our 4 hour train ride from Rome. Be aware that there is no lift/elevator. We made sure to walk around with our socks on as the carpet looked gross with the stains. We had an early morning flight, so we chose this place as it's conveniently located across the street from the bus station. The 2 restaurants across the street are pretty good. We slept comfortably and glad the amenities worked as they should.
