This place was such a great location for us. Literally a 4 minute walk from the Rialto bridge, taxi stand and water bus! Luca was such a great host, giving us specific directions on how to reach the hotel, turn by turn through the maze of Venice! The old world charm is in the floors, the furnishing and the large window casings. We woke to the lovely sound of church bells. Everything is so close, coffee, pizza, gelato, amazing restaurants, and wine! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.!

La struttura ci ha accolte con grande calore: ci è stata assegnata una camera con letti singoli, bella, pulita e silenziosa, perfetta per il relax dopo una serata intensa. La colazione servita in camera è stata una vera coccola: ricca, abbondante e deliziosa, un inizio di giornata indimenticabile tra i tetti di Venezia. Un grazie speciale a Luca, che si è dimostrato cordiale, premuroso e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. La sua gentilezza ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Amazing hotel! An easy 2 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and less than 5 minutes from San Marco's square! Luca was also amazing with help with any questions and concerns. Would 100% use this hotel again if I'm ever in Venice.
