Location - walkable to busy streets ( less than 100m ) very quiet at night , good for resting location. Host - very friendly , came out to fetch us to lodging area, preventing us from getting lost. Even went the extra mile to recommend their local delicacy's and offer to help book water taxi for our departure. Definitely recommended and will come back to stay again!

We stayed at Ca’ Patron for 2 nights prior to our cruise. Alessandro was a great host. We arrived early, he stored our bags, and worked to set up our rooms early afternoon. The guest house (it is not a hotel) was small, only 4 rooms (I think) but very roomy and tastefully decorated. We had a great stay in a quiet neighborhood, away from the maddening crowds but close enough to walk to everything we wanted. Alessandro showed a nearby local square where we often ate and sipped afternoon spritz. It is best to contact Alessandro via what’s app. We will definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly - that was sadly not the case in many other places we stayed at during our European Summer vacation. The entire property was immaculately clean. The toilet was powerful and responsive. Several beverages were waiting in the fridge and snacks on the table free of charge. The bed, pillows, and sheets allowed for a good night's sleep each and every night. The owner made sure to send helpful maps/directions so we knew which vaporetto to use to get there. I can't stress how much extra effort the owner puts into this hotel to try and give you an experience that makes you resent the majority of the other hotels you will stay at in your lifetime.

Perfect getaway! Alessandro was so friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

The owner was very helpful prior to our stay by giving us a downloadable map to find the hotel and responding promptly when arriving to make sure we could find the place. He went over how everything functions so as to make sure we knew how everything worked and also to guarantee a smooth stay by answering questions especially when looking for the best mode of transportation back to the train station. He put balloons out to celebrate our anniversary which my wife and I appreciated making our stay even better. The location is great. It's quiet and away from the busiest tourist spots but within walking distance of everything, so you could easily go whenever you'd like. The place was very clean and was taken care of. There were also umbrellas available since it did rain for part of our trip which are free to use. This made our stay convenient as we did not need to pack an umbrella and we did not want to wander around looking for one to buy either. The room had snacks and drinks available for us upon arrival which was very thoughtful as well. So many positive things to consider when staying at a hotel. I would recommend friends to stay here when they visit Venice!

Stunning apartment centrally located. Very clean and free sky welcome. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend
