Nice hotel for the price in the City Mestre. very budget friendly and free parking in their private yard. nice hotel if you are on a car holiday and want to visit Venice you can leave the car and walk 300 meters to bus number 4L which goes directly to Venice in 12 minutes. the hotel staff is extremely friendly and guides you through your trip.

Great hotel at a great price! Air conditioning was amazing! One of our most comfortable stays in all of Europe. Very close to the bus station & a short ride into Venice! A small parking lot in the back, very kind employee helped us park!

For the price the hotel was amazing! The only downside was that the shower door didn't cloose completly but we didnt really mind. The breakfast had a lot of fresh food and good coffe. The rooms was small but spotless. The towels and bedding were clean. Pillows were nice thick and big. AC and minifridge were working normal. I also found the provided soap and shampoo very nice and not drying. The staff is really nice an acomodating even after you check out. The parking was small, with a really narow entry but it was included in the price.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel, from the moment I stepped into the hotel until we left, we were treated with excellent service (at least compared to how we were treated in Venice City Center). Kudos to Amzad (if I got his name right) for delivering professional customer service upon check-in and to another receptionist during check-out. The room attendant ran after us when we left a pouch in the room upon checking out - a small gesture that makes a big difference. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast - it was specified Continental Breakfast and the kind gesture of adding eggs and omelette was a plus- however, could have been better if the omelette was kept hot. There was a miscommunication between the front office and housekeeping - as the room attendants accidentally entered our room twice without knocking. All in all, these did not really affect our excellent stay in this hotel. Looking forward to visit again the hotel in November.

The room is fine. The breakfast is fine too. The location is perfext as it is a 5 minutes walk to the bus/tram station bringing you to Venice. There is also plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Lovely place...near to a lot of places....the only thing needs to be improved is thr breakfast....was good ...but needs more options!!the rest was perfect!!!And tks for the guy let me to park outside in his spot!!!Helps a lot!!
