You can book a water taxi from the train station to the hotel. The customer service also helped to contact us, which was great! The water taxi can also take us to the airport. The hotel is very special, with mirrors everywhere🪞, and the heating is very strong!

The hotel is wonderful - but its the people that make your stay special. Everyone that looks after you at this special hotel makes you feel like a personal guest. Rachele, Irene, Giacomo, Massimiliano - and others on the front desk and Michael (Angelo) and Helen in the bar with their colleagues - and the people that took care of our room each day all played a very kind part in making our Venice experience amazing.

Amazing
Rachel’s was amazing and very helpful. Attic sweet was perfect and service was impeccable. Concierge went out of their way to get us tickets to the Doges palace and set us up for Gondola rides the following morning. Will definitely suit and stay here again
