Apartment was fantastic. Great central location and easy check in process. Staff was very friendly and helpful assisting with private transport at checkout. Highly recommend and will stay here again in the future!

Rented two rooms for the family…they were absolutely great….clean, comfortable and steeped in Venetian history. So close to everything that you might want to see or do. And the service was top notch. The front desk ordered a water taxi for us to get to the airport. It was a highlight of the visit!….and SO much easier than lugging suitcases over bridges and streets to get to the vapporetto. Only negative was lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs but probably needed the exercise .

We had a wonderful stay here in July. The women who run it or work there (I'm not sure which) were so helpful and kind and I felt they went above their duty to help us, especially the elderly member of our party. The room we had was generously large and we had an amazing view over the canal. However, it was really noisy because local Venetians seemed to like speeding their boats down the canal with music blaring in the middle of the night (I sort of felt like they intended to wake and anger tourists), so we were woken several times a night. My mother had a room at the back and she slept well since it was quiet, but then again, she didn't have the view we did. Our view was great during the day and evening. We were provided with bread, jam, cereal, plant-based milk (we said we were vegan; my mother had dairy milk and yogurt), etc. for an easy breakfast. The location was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again and we'd recommend it to anyone going to Venice!
