В целом, всё понравилось. Месторасположение отличное, очень близко к вокалу, рядом супермаркет, нет толп, близко к основным достопримечательностям, при этом вокруг очень много красивых каналов и локаций. Сама квартира довольно большая, две комнаты, вместительная кухня, большой санузел. В октябре было немного прохладно. Постельное белье чистейшее, много разнообразной посуды. Есть микроволновка, посудомойка и стиральная машина. Очень удобное заселение, чёткие инструкции, бесконтактное получение ключей. Для оплаты городского налога потребуется карта.
Из недостатков: уборка могла бы быть лучше, ремонт уже "уставший", нет ни соли, ни чая, каких-то бытовых мелочей. Хотелось бы иметь набор одноразовых тапочек - полы холодные и не очень чистые.
Общее впечатление: апартаменты понравились, немного поработать над сервисом и будет вообще конфетка.
