Stay away from this place. It is not worth your money or time. It is advertised as a 4 star Spa hotel. This is more close to a 2 star motel. The only nice thing there were the stray cats outside the entrance of the hotel. Beds are so old and uncomfortable, they seem like they haven't changed the mattress since before world War 2. Sauna was stinky, dirty and full of hair. It was not even 50 degrees in the sauna which is claimed to be 80 degrees. Vapor room stinks and floor is full of hair as if it hasn't been cleaned for months. Big swimming pool is cold. Personnel is extremely unpolite and could not care less about any of our complaints. We were initially planning to stay there for 3 nights but after the first night we left. TV was glitching all the time. Food was aweful and lacked any kind of taste. Breakfast seemed like military food. Rooms were not clean and there were no toiletries at all. In one word, this place is scam. Stay away please.

It was good and enjoyable there is a mineral big pools the restaurant was so tasty but the rooms are little that’s the only problem but I recommend it the air in Velingrad in very good and it’s very chill place it’s really big hotel it’s old style
