Very nice place and good hotel tasty food. Medium sized pool but well maintained. Fish display etc. View from the rooms excellent and candlelight dinner with live music means super....so best place to have fun and enjoyment. If in Varkala... vist Palm Tree

“We had a wonderful stay at Palm Resort with friends. The overall experience was superb – the rooms were comfortable, the swimming pool was well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of attractive options. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.”

It's a mini Goa it's very beautiful place and its owner also is very friendly and everyone come to and explore this Babu palm tree heritage don't miss it come and visit number one property in beach view inside the room also will see the beach view 🌊

Location is perfect to enjoy the trip in a peaceful way.We took a Sea view family room . Room is clean. Service is good . Totally nice place to stay. Very close to the main beach also. Overall my family enjoyed the time being there. Aircon can better.

Better to call property owner Babu and make a deal. Property owner is very friendly, obliging and all staffs are very courteous. Location of property is awesome.

I'll share my comments below -
1) Rooms are 300m far from the hotel in a separate location.
2) Rooms are lacking basic amenities like TV,WIFI, AC drain pipe draining, Intercom, drinking water, No Security Guard etc.
3) No attendant is there to address you since this is a lonely property far from main hotel.
4) Room is located near a cemetery which not mentioned anywhere in the description.
Only positive side is pool and the beach which is near the location So for the remaining don't felt it was a worthy place to stay when you're charging that much amount as hotel fare.
I hope this points will help to improve the service in future.

The hotel stay was great and the restaurant was near the beach, good food, good ambience, the staff was really good, dinner was arranged near the beach, a decent place for the family and friends, I recommend this place. Only problem is renovation work noice..There is a pool but not opened yet. I enjoyed the stay.

Excellent experience for us. Enjoyed for 3days. Very cordial staff. Overall Ambience amazing. Restaurant service very good. All food was served hot hot. Very clean beach. Developmental work is in progress. Would love to go and stay there again
