In one word, Excellent. The service provided was excellent. You would feel it was a 4 star hotel. The best stay we've had while visiting India. Very clean and the deco is so pleasing to the eye.
The Manager was excellent, so were the staff. The Manager was very accommodating of our needs. Did everything to make our stay comfortable. No wonder the staff were so good. As for the chef! what can I say. Excellent. Meals were delicious and cheaper than eating out of the hotel. Wish I could have brought him back with me!!!
No hesitation to recommend. As I said, equivalent to a 4 star hotel

We had a very nice 5 night stay at Sajjoys. The staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were large, comfortable and luxuriously decorated. The location was great. Just a short walk to the cliff face with all the restaurant's and access to the beach. The pool area was fantastic. Breakfast could be better but it was sufficient. I'd stay here again if I returned to Varkala.

Beautiful property located very near to the varkala beach. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach and market as well. Staff behaviour is good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food quality and taste is excellent. Recommend property if you want to stay near the north cliff.

Room was comfortable. Good view from the room. Beautiful decor of the hotel. Service good. Over all my experience was very cordial, warm and comfortable. Only thing is they have very limited menu in the restaurant. There was time restriction also.

The hotel staff is very courteous,Rooms are well maintained,the decor is depicting,all the Kerala vibes, food is tasty. I have taken spa services it was meditative and rejuvenating,Dr.Divya and her spa staff are very good in the services, it was a comfortable stay .The staff made whole experience memorable .
