Had trouble with check in. Reception created a mess but somehow got a room and want byegones to be bygones. The hotel room was okay and breakfast was just very normal. The check in was a lot of mess because the hotel had overbooked rooms and said that i would have to adjust with a non ac room or go to some other hotel. After a lot of shouting and fights i finally get a room where the tap didn't work and hair dryer was not working either. Overall horrible review and would not at all recommend the hotel to anyone. Even if you do please call the restaurant atleast 2 days earlier for everyday so that you do not face this. Hotel staff kept giving excuses for not giving water bottles and left us without any water. Also , do not book from trip.com , horrible customer service they connect you with some random person who is confused enough to even understand what to do . The support calls up i say you should take actions like blacklisting against these hotels , the lady goes in a sarcastic tone , " right , thank you so much for your advice sir." Plus promised to call back in 20 mins. Still awaiting the call. Hope atleast someone takes some action against this whole mess.

Varanasi is a chaotic city and going by the reviews of many hotels on ghat or that nearby ghats,I was pretty confused which one to book with my elderly parents and luggage as most of the ghat or nearby ghat hotels will require you walking through messy and narrow lanes to reach your hotel with small / unclean rooms. But Hotel Tridev is really a blessing with easy access to wide road and clean spacious rooms with all modern amenities you require on a vacation. Quality of food and room service is also good and as per standard. All the attractions are easily accessible by auto / rickshaw from road infront of hotel. It may seem pricy as per Indian standards but pretty good deal as per Varanasi standard.

Experience was good, fnb team and food was good. The rooms are spacious but need more king size beds as they combined twin beds to make 1 king bed.

Service from hotel staff is excellent, rooms are clean and well furnished. Food in restaurant is excellent. Restaurant staff is very nice and good in service.

Horrible experience. We weren't even able to check-in, the hotel staff was incredibly unsupportive and did not communicate that cars were not allowed into the street the hotel was located in. We then requested the staff to send someone to help collect our luggage where we waited nearby. (walking distance) me and my companions waited in the mid afternoon sun for two hours hoping we'd at-least receive someone to guide us the way. No one helped. We waited until the evening then we booked some rooms at hotel clark's. This hotel's cancelation policy is atrocious. We demand a refund. Again, can't emphasize that we had an absolutely horrible experience!
