great hotel))) I had to cancel my stay at another hotel and found this hotel by chance and did not regret it at all.
location in a quiet area, I did not go anywhere on foot, but I saw a fruit market around the corner in the evening.
the hotel has very tasty food in the restaurant, but keep in mind that there is no beer or wine.
all the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and determined to organize my good stay))) I am very grateful to everyone for advice, help with transportation on a holiday, maximum attention to my requests.
The suite is wonderful, beautiful, interesting design, very comfortable bed, good bed linen and towels,
constant Internet.

Upside - good location. Excellent food and restaurant. Payal Singh at breakfast is lovely. Downside -the rooms are dirty. Bed linen was unchanged when we checked in. We then asked for another room and got one. Sheets were stained. Reception staff on the day of check in was distracted and blasé. Bathrooms are dirty and need an overhaul.

Simply the Best hotel of varanasi. Love staying here always. The staff are very cooperative. The ambience here is just outstanding..Hotel has all the modern facilities ***** with historical culture of one of the oldest city of India i.e. Banaras

We went as family to Varanasi. Stayed at this place for 4 nights. The positives - food was really good. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Payal Singh was very attentive and ensured everyone was taken care of and any special requests were also catered. The cafe for dinner was very convenient especially after a long day at the city. Plenty of food options too, and food was tasty. The staff overall are very attentive and service was excellent. Location is excellent and is easy to get around the city from this hotel. Quiet and was able to sleep well. Areas of improvement- the bed sheets need to be changed. They are all stained. We had to ask for it to be changed the day we checked in as well. Rooms are not very clean. Our initial room that we checked into looked like the bedsheets were not changed after the previous guest. We asked for the bedding to be changed. The remote for the a/c and tv were dirty. Bathrooms need better soap options. The soap dispensers were rundown. Our initial room had a leaky sink and by the second day they were able to move us into another room- which was much better. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Best Hotel in Varanasi with good staffing . very good breakfast .Rohit helps us lots for local sightseeing.you can get tuktuk and cab. Food was good they upgraded our room in suite without any of charges .................................

Breakfast : decent spread but does not include any without onion garlic items.
Room service: reasonably priced, though limited options, and operating hours
rooms: recommend taking deluxe bed, bigger ones have their own challenges, newer construction, bath tub plumbing issues, awnings under repair etc.
property: heads-up, no elevator. small & sweet hotel, their restaurant has good vibe
service: prompt and polite, though unfortunate that we had to ask for anything to be done, from cleaning to repairs. everything from phone to fridge had to be attended.
location: not near ghats or market, not uptown like cantt area.
special mention to the manager Rohit Tiwari who helped many arrangements for our trip around the city from providing contacts, to giving tips!

We had high hopes after being recommended to this hotel - it’s certainly stylish and an oasis away from the bustle of Varanasi. Restaurant - excellent food and a good selection. Service nothing special though and certainly not delivered with a smile. At breakfast the lady was very pushy about us writing a Tripadvisor review, in fact more worried about that than actually providing a service! Our first room (supposedly deluxe garden view, we paid extra vs the basic room via *******) was terrible - tiny and in desperate need of a coat of paint, some new furniture and a bathroom refurb. Without question we were moved to another room which was probably 3x the size, and was actually a deluxe room on the room list I spotted at breakfast. This room was good, but on the 3rd floor up a very perilous to climb spiral staircase. The cleaner/bag guy was lovely - everyone else miserable. I asked about where I could use a pool and was told to look on Google! Overall very average I’m afraid

A good place to spend with your friends. The breakfast was so classy and delicious. I would recommend this place to my friends. The hospitality and the behavior of staffs was also pleasant. This is something you should visit in varanasi, uttar pradesh
