Hotel Tuxpan Varadero Reviews

Tuxpan hotel has huge green territory with many places to chill and take photos. Beach line is clean and well protected by security guards. Food was good enough, every evening was meat and seafood, vegetables and fruits. Staff are friendly and fix little troubles very fast. Evening dance and singing show by Tropigala ballet was awesome!!! Thank you for hospitality dear Tuxpan team!

Please do not waste your money rather pay extra £50-60 and go to a decent hotel Receptionist useless , we have arrived at 1pm and check in is at 3pm they would not let us enjoy a pool even though didn’t expect to have a lunch if that was their problem We had to go out of the hotel to for couple of hours before they could check us in Horrible service ! I’m travelling a lot but this have never happened to me Anyway .. after check in at 3 pm room wasn’t ready until 4pm So we went to sit by the pool where they told us that they have no soft drinks at all and there isn’t water running They didn’t have even bottled water for my daughter for drinking , we were fine as the only drink they had was a beer So imagine no water , you can’t flash the toilet either Terrible terrible terrible Please avoid if you can !!!

The facilities are old, but the service staff is very good and the hygiene is OK. There are no ants in the rooms of some other Cuban four-star all-inclusive hotels. But there is a common problem that there are many mosquitoes and flies. I suggest that Chinese people give them some mosquito lamps. Don't ask too much of Cuba, and don't ask too much of food. Others are working hard to live. The beach and sea water are absolutely world-class.

The hygiene really leaves a lot to be desired. You have to put a lot of plates aside until you finally find a reasonably clean plate. They don't have enough beach towels for the guests and the room staff only put half of the towels in our room and then claim we lost them. I have never experienced anything like that. The only positive things to mention are the location and the beach

The food is terrible, the rooms are terrible, the other hotels I stayed in were better than this one even though they had less stars, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is very nice, very large, with activities for the whole day. bars, cafes, food 24 hours a day, all inclusive, great variety of buffet meals, incredible night shows. The employees were like family to us. And the best!!! Music!!! With many artists playing live music at any time it was definitely the best!!!!

Great location, great beach with good sun loungers, towels, great friendly staff. There was no food, you could only eat scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, ice cream and fruit, which compensated for the lack of food. But since we were there for only 2 days, passing through, we weren’t too upset, it’s only surprising how it’s possible to prepare such tasteless dishes even from normal ingredients.

I have never seen such a rubbish hotel. The food is not even worthy of the roadside stalls. The room is moldy and smelly. The water is half a bottle left by the previous guest. The service attitude is terrible. It is rotten. I don't know how the good reviews come from.

The treatment of the staff was exceptional, everyone was very polite and helpful, the hotel is pleasant and comfortable, the distribution of the beds in the rooms is appropriate for my family since I chose a room with 3 beds, I took it for my family and the They had a great time. Thank you.

In fact this hotel must have been a beautiful establishment a long time ago, but it is in its original state, not maintained, not renovated, the aluminum openings are so dilapidated that they cannot be opened.. the curtains are not washed, ,, everything is dilapidated,,, the worst is the restaurant,, the poor cooks do what they can with what they have, they always use the same ingredients,, no bread, no cakes, it there is almost nothing,,, on the other hand the staff is nice, the swimming pool is well cleaned, green spaces maintained, beautiful beach,,, we feel that there are great difficulties in maintaining this hotel, it is a shame, it is noted 4 stars for me is a plus a 2 or 3 stars to be nice....

The hotel is fine, with the effects of old age, such as the air conditioning control in some rooms does not work, the food is not varied, but acceptable according to the situation in the country, which is really annoying, it is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel, except in the rooms and in the restaurant, in the middle of summer the temperature makes the environment stifling. All the staff go out of their way to serve you, very friendly and very helpful, the lady who has quality care, very concerned and very receptive, and willing to solve things. Really, if at some point something made me forget about the heat, it was everyone's treatment of it.
