"The hotel is good value for money. The room is clean and cozy. There's no kettle, and they don't even refill hot water on request. That's a minus. Otherwise, everything is fine. The bed is comfortable. The music is a minute away, and the music is no more than five minutes away. We checked in at exactly 4 PM, no earlier. The room wasn't ready, but it was ready by 4 PM. They asked me to wait another half hour. I asked for a different room, and they gave me one. Olin has been fine for two days. I didn't have breakfast."

"The hotel has been "renovated," but not completely. The large bay windows on the stairwells have peeling paint around them. The first-floor hallways still have bare concrete floors, the baseboards are missing, and the carpets in the hallway are as old as the main entrance on the ground floor. The elevator is out of order. There seems to be general neglect, as this appears to have been going on for quite some time. In fact, we had stayed here three times in previous years, before this renovation, and the rooms, although old, were clean and spacious, whereas now they have become tiny after the alterations. We were previously very satisfied, but now we are very disappointed. The bathroom, which includes the toilet, is small. The shower is very narrow with a square shower tray measuring 60 cm on each side. What's more, and most importantly, there's only one shower screen, leaving one side completely empty, making it impossible to shower without splashing water all over the bathroom floor. We feel sorry for the poor cleaning lady who, on top of everything else, has to mop up the floors of every occupied room every day. The parking lot, which costs €15 per day, is neither secure nor well-maintained. The wardrobe door and drawer can't be opened because the bedside table blocks them. However, on the positive side, the only real renovation is the restaurant, and the housekeeping in the rooms is impeccable. It's also true that the rooms are renovated, but in our opinion, poorly designed, as they are far too small."

"The welcome varied depending on the person. Moldy smell in the room. Damp patches on the windows and in the bathroom. The mattress was particularly dirty with a significant amount of urine. The pillows were extremely flat. The bathroom had a lot of hair from previous guests. It's noisy in the evening."

"The perfect spot near st tropez Only a 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The hotel has beautiful facilities and grounds. The pools are big and also heated. Service is spot on. The breakfast was to die for. Very nice products and delicious too. The room was spacious and had all facilities you can expect including a nice nespresso machine but was a little tired. This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Ticked all tbe boxes :-) well recommended"

"Château Pimo, Draguignan is a very stylish and luxurious residence. The property is located inside an expansive park-like resort that features beautiful gardens, an amazing spa area and a huge swimming pool. There is safe and secure parking available on site. Our very spacious and modern suite was located on the first floor, and it was impeccably clean and quiet. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. The owner was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. He also prepared a very fresh and tasty breakfast. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city of Draguignan as well as the beautiful villages of Tourtour and Cotignac. This was a wonderful experience in every way."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - Beautiful Online, But a 2-Star Reality – NEVER AGAIN! My family and I stayed at Eden Rose Grand Hôtel, Bormes-les-Mimosas, from August 6–11, 2024, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel looks gorgeous on its website, but in reality, it’s more like a 2-star establishment. As a single parent with two children, I booked a family room so we could all stay together, but due to a booking error by the hotel staff, we were split into two different rooms. This caused me so much stress as my children were in a separate room in a foreign country. We were moved three times during our 5-night stay, which made the whole experience even more stressful and unenjoyable. When I raised my concerns with the management, they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us in one room. To make things worse, my daughter’s room smelled like stool. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were moved again, and on the last night, we ended up in a top-floor room (I believe it was room 502), where the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the mattresses were hard as rocks, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The pool, which we had looked forward to, was too warm to enjoy because of the hot weather, adding to our disappointment. For the 5-night stay, we paid $3,520.80. Management promised a €1,400 refund due to the issues, but despite sending multiple emails, I still haven’t received it. The only positive aspect was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who were top-notch. However, this couldn’t make up for the fact that this hotel is truly subpar and belongs in a 2-star category. We will never book here again."

You have easy access to bakeries and the beach within just a few minutes. Please thank the reservation team, Enzo for accommodating my request and giving me a very quiet room w. balcony on the top floor! The beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality. We have already gone back a second time. I highly recommend staying."

"We were a long weekend in the hotel facility. The room has everything it needs. Small table and enough closet for clothing. A small balcony with two chairs and small washing spoon. The two beds are ok, they just slip off each other, you need to know. There is no water cooker. The hotel facilities are very extensive, but it is well marked. The breakfast buffet was great and the view on the window is just great. We have had dinner yet tonight. The dinner buffet costs 22.50 per person and is really recommended. Water and wine are available for free. The spa area has come in the years, but the winter pool (there are 5) was good and we were almost always alone the evening before the dinner. The showers and dressing cabins are "appropriate". On the outdoor terraces you have a wonderful view. From time to time a plane has been on landing, but this was not disturbing, but rather interesting to see the big object. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is available on the hotel facility and on the second day you will also know where to park the best to get to the room the fastest way. The price-performance ratio has voted. Thanks to again."

"No comment... we didn't stay... my husband has difficulty walking and the access isn't great; after the drop-off point for luggage, you have to park about 500m downhill and then walk back up! But apparently, the medieval village is worth the effort! They were "extremely kind" to only charge me the deposit paid for one night, pointing out that the full amount was normally due (on the reservation)... If it had been specified on their website that it would be complicated for people with health problems (walking, heart, etc.), we wouldn't have booked..."
