Vannes is a beautiful place. The hotel was very comfortable and situated very close to the train station and a short walk to the town centre and the harbour. Breakfast was typically continental. Fresh OJ and excellent coffee.

The room was terrible. It smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. A very persistent smell of mold and chemical products. I must say that the staff was very kind and friendly and tried to help by proposing another room. Same smell, although more on the chemical side compared to the first room where I ended up spending the night (not sleeping). it looks like the windows are never open and the aeration system is insufficient. Stains on the carpet and blue dots on the ham at breakfast. Oh, and the door of the room kept opening: I had to lock it with the key from inside in order to close it. Not worth the price (of an Ibis "style") at all. It was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, never again will I go to an Ibis hotel, no matter the category.

We used the disabled accessible room. The bathroom is tight for wheel chair access. A severe lack of grab handles that must be addressed. Catering is too 'formula'. As veggies a plate of chip or a salad would have been nice.

Hôtel calme, très bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner varié complet (sucré, salé, fromages, céréales, fruits, thé vrac de bonne qualité, etc.... oranges pressées excellentes... "ne changer jamais la machine ni les oranges !!". Personnel très sympathique, femmes de chambre également. Accès facile en voiture, stationnement également

Hotel simple et propre, En centre ville, en face la gare. Nous y avons passé une nuit, le personnel est très accueillant et avenant envers les enfants avec des petites attentions et des gourmandises à disposition pour le gouter.
