Cnt explain typical tourist hotel since it’s in Valencia .

Good hotel in convenient location close to the central station in Valencia, the area is ok, probably won’t recommend it as a holiday hotel but it is perfect for a business trip. Definitely a good choice and reasonably priced.

The receptionist had to ask her colleague on how to get to places from the hotel when we asked. We needed to ask about the whereabouts like the breakfast hall, wifi, toothpaste and toothbrush, we were not informed while checking in. Early check in was possible with a fee. But the room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

The rooms are very clean and nice looking, we were at 7th floor. Also a cleaner was passing through the room every day and the room was always in sparkling condition. The location is perfect just around 30 minutes walking to the historic part of the city

The hotel is at the fringes of a hip part of town, Ruzzafa. It is quite functional an quite. It is also just a short walk from the AVE station and the train station.

The hotel is located in a remote area, far from the city center, and takes 30 minutes to walk. It is also very far from the bus station, and you need to take a bus and walk for 15 minutes (a taxi takes 20 minutes). The hotel front desk service is very poor. Some female front desk staff pretend not to understand English. Bottled water is not provided every day. The service does not meet the four-star standard at all. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom (or it is broken). The shampoo is of poor quality. After washing your hair, your hair is like straw, which does not meet the four-star standard at all. The price-performance ratio is very poor

First of all, this is my second time staying in this hotel. I come to this city every year. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old and the decoration was relatively early. But the room is relatively large. Hygiene: The room hygiene is OK, the towels are not soft enough, hard and old, but I have to say that the breakfast has problems. Some dishes are bad and a bit sour. I ate one and vomited violently, had diarrhea, acute gastroenteritis, and took antibiotics twice before it got better. I vomited for a day and had diarrhea for a day. I didn't dare to go to breakfast the next day. Just for this reason, I will never stay in this hotel again.
